When we checked in, we were told our room was down the street. I must’ve missed that when I made the reservation. I did not realize there were multiple buildings. It was fine though, everything was good in my opinion, not outstanding. Beachy. A little dated. Clean room, modern bathroom. That’s what’s important. Convenient walk to beaches, dining, shopping. We went early in the season so it was a little chilly. The pool I don’t think was open yet. I would stay again.

The room was clean and super convenient. The size is small, but it's clearly a historic converted property. I remember reading that the staff didn't text when their room was ready... so even though we didn't get a text - we checked and the kid was like "Oh... yeah, actually it is." The Beach House is the most convenient place to stay. But it's an old building so they were definitely working on some plumbing issues and I would guess they are phasing out the pool since it's costly to maintain. The location is excellent, but it should let you know it's a couple flights of older stairs (we were fine, but older folks struggled). The restaurant there is fantastic and the shop is very chic. It's a beautiful place but it's important to know what you're getting, since you want to make sure you're getting bang for your buck.
