Great room! We were right on the dock, beautiful view! The only con was being right above the cafe- early morning wakeup since they opened by 6:30-7.

All of the amenities were great ! Loved the oool and the kayaks! The staff was very friendly , especially a housekeeping man in the pool area !
We could have used another chair in the room and better lighting. It was a bit noisy from the upstairs guests …
All in all we were pleasantly surprised and will definitely stay again!

Great spot. A little dated but hey it’s new england mom and pop. Lots to do, nice pool, staff was friendly other than front desk girl. Seems a happier face there would do wonders for the branding identity
