The property is so well maintained! The staff was wonderful. The evening complimentary wine and cheese hour was so nice! The champagne breakfast Buffett was excellent! We had a water front room which was unbelievable

A piece of Heaven right here at the 1661 Inn. All staff were helpful, polite and very pleasant. Everything you can imagine for breakfast, and it was all delicious. The view from the deck off of our room was breathtaking. Our champagne and cookies were waiting for us which was a great way to start off our fun time on the Island.

The 1661 is surrounded by beautiful flowers and across the street from a farm with animals. Its an easy walk to town. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is fabulous. If you are looking for calm relaxed elegance this is the place.
