I decided to cut my stay short. My early-morning appointment on Tuesday was canceled due to the impending snowstorm, and I was concerned about my ability to get home if the situation got too difficult. Everyone I met on the staff, especially Esteban, was friendly and helpful.

Hotel is holding up to high standards, we’ve been here many times previously and weren’t disappointed this time. There were few hiccups, though. We arrived late, apparently all the maintenance people were gone. Immediately upon coming to the room #2204 we heard pretty annoying beeping noise from malfunctioning security lock on the rooftop door. The front desk clerk refused to help since as she explained there was no one able to fix it at that time (it wasn’t too late, only 7:30 pm). Couldn’t sleep well because of the sound. In the morning we had to remind the morning front desk person. Eventually the problem was fixed. Few little things like the body lotion left by previous guest wasn’t replaced was rectified pretty fast in the morning.

The hotel was in a convenient place for us to walk around or take the subway. Restaurants in the area were really good as well. Staff were very nice and helpful if we had any questions. Room was perfect. We would stay again

The staff was lovely. The breakfast was ok but room not large enough to accommodate the number of guests. Couldn’t really avail ourselves of more than the coffee, fruit and muffins. Would be nice if it was open an extra hour.

The bathroom was so cramped barely usable, the tiny sink was closed from 3 sides, would bump elbows on wall when using, water running cold in shower, the barn/sliding door should be facing away , have a lock on the door. Known, but still accomodate: I eagerly booked in advance at HIGHER price, arrived early, room available, allowed to checkin early at a cost, the breakfast choice poor.

Rooms are very small but clean. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are quiet, did not hear much outside noise. Staff is friendly and helpful. They will arrange transportation to the airport at a reasonable price. Breakfast is very basic. Area appears safe. Overall the hotel is OK and meets the needs for somewhere to sleep.

We arrived very late/early in the morning (~2 a.m.) and the front desk staff was very patient and gracious re: my lack of organization while checking in. I called ahead and asked multiple questions (incl. our late check in, baggage storage, etc) and Alexander was super kind and helpful; both on the phone and in person. One of the rare companies in which I called and was able to speak on the phone to an actual person, immediately. I really appreciated the security of the hotel. The bed was super comfortable and the room was amazingly clean.

Great location to walk to Times Square, Broadway, Javetts Convention centre. Someone was always at reception with a smile. Always yea and water at the front door and everything that you need in the room. I would definitely stay here again.

Good 4-day stay. The room was small with little room beyond the bed. We had no trouble hearing our neighbors in the next room and used earplugs one night. The internet service was so slow we used our phone wi-fi. There were Limited TV options and could not cast the phone to TV. However, the hotel was convenient for us in mid-town, clean, with comfortable bed and good service from a friendly staff. Always fun to visit NY!

First time in NYC so take that with a grain of salt. I really liked how this property offered so much in a small space. We weren’t waiting around for the elevator and we were close enough to walk to subways and our bus tour super easily. The staff were friendly and the free breakfast was decent!

The hotel is nice. Understand that it is Times Square South. I spoke to one person who thought it was going to be right in Times Square. It's located on 38th, between 8th and 9th avenues. It's about a ten-minute walk to Times Square, which is pretty good. The room was very clean. No weird odors or anything like that. The room was a shoebox though. Extremely small. It wasn't a big deal, seeing we were there to shower and sleep. But if you are planning on spending any significant time in the room, it may be an issue. Perhaps some of the other rooms are more spacious, but ours, which had a king-size bed, was quite small. One thing that was of concern was that the bathroom door, which was a sliding door, didn't close all the way. It remained open about a quarter inch. I only mention it because when it's bathroom time, you want your privacy. They do offer complimentary breakfast, but we didn't eat there so I can't say how it was. Overall, we were pleased with our stay. I do recommend the hotel and we would have no reservations staying there again. One side note. If you walk out of the hotel and turn left, several shops down, there's a small cookie shop that was voted best cookies in New York. Of course, we had to try it. We had the most amazing chocolate chip cookies. They're $4.50 each and worth every penny. Enjoy!!

Clean, felt safe and walkable distance to time square. A perfect location to major attractions in New York. Staff were nice and professional. My room was clean and bed was very comfortable. The only issue I had was the area, it stinks. Smell wasn’t from the hotel but from the street. Other than this, I give the hotel a 5 star.

This is small but very cozy hotel few blocks away from the Time Square. The area itself is not very calm but you cannot feel this while in the hotel. The rooms are small but very clean, renovated. They offer 24/7 coffee and cold water, and cookies on evenings which is nice. Breakfast is free and pretty nice, however the breakfast room is too small to accommodate the visitors. Overall this was a great stay!

It was very good. The only thing I didn't like was the limited room during the free breakfast. There is barely any seating area, I had to bring my food to my room. Otherwise I have no complaints about this hotel. I would stay there again. Its near the action, clean, next to $1.50 pizza joint.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortabl, the staff were super friendly and helpful and we could not hear any noise from outside. The room was also a decent size, especially for New York .The hotel offered breakfast which included eggs, sausages, hash browns and assorted pastries. They also had tea and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. The even had freshly baked cookies for their guests in the evening between 5:00 pm and 9:00 pm. Parking is not included but is available directly across the street from the hotel for $40 per night. I will definitely be staying here next time we are in New York.

Excellent location. Rooms were small but super clean and modern. Nice breakfast spread. Parking across the street was $40 for 24 hours, so long as you get the ticket stamped by the hotel front desk. That's a good deal, as parking in NYC can be quite costly.
