Great stay, very nice lobby and bar. Rooms look just like the pictures, and are clean. Service was great, and they gave complementary drinks upon arrival

This is my 5th or 6th stay at an Arlo (4th for sure at Midtown). I am always impressed by how well the whole thing seems to be run. Good management!

Great location. Love the vibe of the lobby and common areas. Clean and nice, upscale rooms. Had to wait 30 minutes to check-in because there was only one person at the front, then 3 people came to assist the line. Bed was not super comfortable, but great pillows. I was on the 20th floor and appreciated that the front desk let me know in advance that the bed was in a corner. Bathroom is very nice, as well!

My daughter and I had a trip to New York for our big birthdays, hotel was very central close to port authority, walking distance to time square and many other areas. Hotel staff made our visit special for us and are very helpful , friendly , professional and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. I would avoid 9th Avenue at night time as it didn’t feel very safe .

Loved the location and the staff was Amazing! The space was really tight but since it was my husband and I we managed. No coffee maker in the room😩They have there own room spray and candles, which they have for sale also, but the aroma alone pulls you into the lobby! We will be back!

Beautiful hotel. Nice, clean rooms. Excellent front desk and cleaning services. Perfect location, just outside of Times Square and close walking distance to subways. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at the Arlo Midtown was amazing! The room and terrace were absolutely breathtaking . The entire staff has been wonderful! This has been a wonderful trip and we will be back to stay with you again!

Arlo was centrally located and within walking distance to the Met and Broadway, along with other sites that we took during our vacation in NYC. Service was excellent as well. The restaurant was closed on Sunday, but the bar manager got the kitchen to prepare us excellent meals in a timely fashion as we had tickets for a show. We were very appreciative of his accommodating us.
The rooms were small, but smartly designed so that we could stow our luggage and clothing without any problems. We'll be back!

Serving customer needs improvement and unsatisfactory experience hospitality some staff are friendly some are not especially service level lacks professionalism and attentive to and receptive understanding.
I booked 2 rooms for 5 days for business travel through third party hotels.com. Several instances the hotel staffing comes with attitude it was difficult to get assistance about my booking payment and mishandling discrepancy on over charge's I had brought to their attention. Myself and colleagues was there business trip our company exhibited at Javits for Coffee Fest event.
Quite a disappointment, staff hospitality needs training on people skills!

Everything was great and even the weather for March was nice considering we had a terrace. The only complaint was not enough space to put clothes and toiletries, we weee 3 ladies so more drawers/closet and larger counter in the bathroom and hooks would’ve made it better so I did t have to use my large suitcase as storage. Keep that in mind and travel light :)

It's a sort of typical micro-room hotel, but not as small as some. Bathroom a bit cramped and the bed goes from wall-to-wall, but for one person it wasn't too bad and the price beat the competition by a lot. The lobby is nice, has a bar and food shop and plenty of seating. Conveniently located for Times Square without being in the heart of the hustle and bustle. I'd stay here again.

One of my favorite hotels to stay while in NYC on business - I walk to the Javits and it could not be easier!
Hotel is clean, beautiful, and for it's location - always a good value. Close to Broadway and Hell's Kitchen - excellent mid-town restaurants to choose from and it has it's own great restaurant selection. I have yet to make it to the rooftop but I hear it's beautiful! Thanks Arlo!

The room had crumbs of food on the table and bench like it hadn't been cleaned. Sink and window drapes were broken. The room REEKED of over-the-top air freshener and when I tried to communicate about it, it took someone an hour to show up and did nothing to remedy it and couldn't even communicate with me because they didn't speak English.

Went to the Arlo Midtown for a long weekend with the BF. Hotel is nice and clean. The room was cozy, clean, and equipped with basic necessities. We had a very lovely time there and would definitely come back.

Great stay. Convenient to restaurants. Not far from theater district. Felt safe. Cool lobby. Great coffee shop downstairs. Convenient parking garage across the street. Will stay again.

This is the first time my daughter and I stayed at the Arlo Midtown. We LOVE it! Check-in was such a lovely experience. It was recommended we visit the rooftop for a great view of the city (photo). This location is perfect! We took a self-guided tour of Grand Central Station and saw a show on Broadway in addition to eating at a couple of restaurants and never had to take public transportation. The room is pristine and unusually spacious for NYC. I can highly recommend the Arlo.

Second time staying here as a solo traveler. Room was compact but designed well, with lots of hooks, nooks, and crannies for storage. Comfortable bed. Service was impeccable, the on-site restaurant high quality, and a good coffee shop in the lobby. Happy to recommend and would use for my next NYC trip.

Really lovely property and very close to everything we went to NYC for
breakfast service was a tad slow but maybe life moves too fast and the food was good and reasonably priced. We’ll be back!
