This was our first time visiting the Hard Rock Guitar Hotel & were VERY pleasantly surprised. Everyone that we encountered from valet, bell hops, front desk, restaurant service staff, casino staff, & housekeeping were all friendly, helpful, & professional. Our room was clean & spacious. The bed & pillows were outstanding. The food in all the restaurants was delicious. The pool & property were very well kept up & clean. If I had to complain about anything it would be the towels & toilet paper. They were the only things that we felt weren’t up to the standard of this hotel & property. We will most definitely be staying again & would highly recommend.
PS my husband loved the elevators. He said they were easy & fast.
