I gave 3 stars because when we walked in our cabin there must had been about over a dozen flies inside the cabin which we had to kill one by one before going to sleep ..that was nasty. The only bugs I saw in my 7 day trip to Iceland. I don’t know why they were there???? Other than that The cabin was wonderful. Very cozy and modern had everything for us. Heat was amazing. Bathroom small but very comfortable. Overall a great experience while in Iceland. The lady at check in is very friendly she helped us when we had a question. They have beautiful animals and a friendly dog. I enjoyed my stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful views made it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the area. The cottage was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The only small disappointment was that the whirlpool was not operational during our visit, but it didn't take away from an otherwise very enjoyable stay. We would happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet base surrounded by nature.
If you have the time, it's worth visiting the tractor museum on the property. It offers an interesting look at vintage agricultural machinery and adds a nice extra to the stay.
