Lovely property with peaceful surrounding but still close to town to get supplies. Property was easy to find using GPS. Plently of free parking. This location was our last stop driving the ring road before going to Reykjavik. We needed a place to simply rest and this was the perfect spot! Our family of three adults were very comfortable. It was fun seeing the chickens out in the yard. And my husband enjoyed watching the small motorized lawn mower whom he named Ralph. The owners are very kind and friendly.
The front door locks automatically (best to keep key in lockbox) Shower space is tight.

Great location, some of the appliances were a challenge to operate. Great layout and very comfy. Definitely would rent again
The unit can be noisy from upstairs, not too bad and we were informed. The unit was built in early 20th century so sound insulation wasn’t a thing and it was remodeled.

Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Unterkunft ist sauber. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und kamen zum Check In vorbei.
Die Räume sind veraltet. Die Dusche nur mit einen Duschvorhang abgetrennt. Dadurch wirkt das Bad etwas schmudelig. Das Bett war nicht sehr bequem, sehr eingeengt und man kam schwierig zum Bett hin. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sehr hellhörig und wir konnten ab 6 Uhr nicht mehr schlafen, da die über uns hin und hergelaufen sind. Man hört jeden Schritt, jedes Reden und das Stühle schieben, einfach alles.
