Very clean facility. Staff Rick & Nick were friendly and helpful. Breakfast one of the best assortments of items around. Second time we have stayed here and would do so again when in the Scottsdale area. Highly recommend this hotel.

It was a room, nothing special. I like places like this because I can stay, eat, and drink at the same place. The bar was a bit lackluster and the food at the bar was little better than that of a microwave dinner.

There’s nothing worse than showing up to the hotel that you booked months ago and they tell you they don’t have a room for you because they overbooked… There should be some sort of first come first serve, and I can promise you I booked my room well before most of the people who are happily asleep in their beds. Check that happily asleep in my bed! And then to try to send me so far across town I wouldn’t even be in the same City? It was a disaster and ironically, I tried to cancel my room two days prior for a family emergency and they told me no because they needed me to stay there and then they didn’t even have a room for me.

Very clean hotel, but after charging over $200 for a night, they really have to charge $5 to park in their parking lot? Where else am I going to park? Also, the alarm clock was bright as day until I put a pillow over it but the fire alarm detector on the wall blinked bright green all night. Overall nice hotel but without sleep, I wasn’t impressed.

I was impressed at the cleanliness of the hotel inside and out. Also I got a room that had 2 queen beds and it was really nice. No weird residue anywhere in the room because sometimes I see it in other hotels. When you walk in your room and look around you feel at ease because it's clean and inviting. The room was pretty big it had a little section that had a table and a couch so like a sma living room then the beds are next to that. It has a charging station and I brought my cable to my phone but not the block for theoutlet but thankfully I didn't need it. The staff is really nice and I was visiting my mom at the Mayo clinic so I rushed back to the hotel and let them know that we were going to check out soon becyutbwas almost that time and they said don't worry about we can give you an extra hour so you can get your belongings and get ready to go home. At that point I was so relieved and everyone is just so understanding. Also your stay comes with complimentary breakfast and it's a lot more than I expected. It was really good and filled me up.

It was easy to check in. Like that there was complimentary breakfast and the place was clean and inviting. Friendly staff. Due to being close to car dealerships, it was noisy at night. Parking is cheap but don’t think it should be paid parking.

Clean and comfortable. Very quiet and great room darkening shades. Nice large room and bathroom. The $5 a night for parking seems like a rip off. The breakfast is okay. Lots of seating. On our third morning, the clock radio alarm went off at 5 am, which was the day after we got cleaned so I think the maid set it, presumably by accident. So just check on that.

Hotel was very clean. Staff were friendly and very nice breakfast layout. I did not like the new tv-telephone feature. I should not have to use my phone to access the television. I believe the apps should already be downloaded on the television and I can just sign in. That was a real inconvenience and time consuming to get the tv going for my child.

My son and I shared a room. Both beds were so bad that we could not sleep. The next day, I was exhausted for government meetings. I mentioned to the staff and they admitted that people do complain about them.

We have been coming since they first opened This visit the bathroom floor was filthy I stop by and the desk clerk was great Said he would get someone to clean it while we were out Done Then that night I sat on the edge of the bed to remove my shoes and couldn’t believe all the crap on the floor next to the bed closest to the door May look to switch hotels not as clean as it should be

This is a no frills hotel with very little service. Breakfast was acceptable but nothing more. Front desk was friendly. We could not get ABC, NBC and CBS on the TV on a regular basis.

There was a charge for parking which I’ve never encountered. They said it was due to area renters parking there. That is the reason for getting the guests license plates- to weed out the rest. And by the way non hotel guests could also pay to park there by code outdoors. The in room AC unit in both our rooms sounded like a highway or freight train. The bathroom was only so so clean You have to ask for maid service which I did - ridiculous at these prices Odd odor upon entering lobby - undoubtedly their cleaning agent Went out to breakfast all three mornings - zero gluten free options and pretty lackluster offerings- beyond prime fruit, etc Would only stay again if no other options per this time

Spotless very clean. Best night sleep with the cleanest linens and soft pillows. Nice to have a small refrigerator to keep food and water cold. Convient shopping next door to include starbucks. Food available in restaurant and bar area had several options to choose from.

The room was very nice and beds were comfortable. The couch pulls out into a twin, which was very convenient. The Hotel itself sits somewhat centrally in Scottsdale and most things are just a short drive away. There is a Starbucks that shares the parking lot and can be walked to. Staff was helpful and polite and everything was clean. This is a good Hotel for the price.
