This house was perfect for our family holiday getaway. The home was tastefully decorated for Christmas and was perfect for the six adults, two kids and 2 infants. We were even talking about visiting again in the summer. We are all still COVID wary so being able to stay “home” we played board games and the kids loved playing air hockey and foosball. We cooked at the house which had 3 ovens, two stoves, 2 dishwashers and cookware, dishes, glasses and mugs for all. I would highly recommend this retreat for your visit to Williams. We also enjoyed the community, the Polar Express, Canyon Coaster sled ride and a visit to the Grand Canyon. A wonderful memory was made. Thank you.

We were very impressed with this house. Everything was comfortable, clean, and cozy. Lots of space! Big Kitchen, lots of supplies, very comfortable beds, 3 showers, lots of games! Fire pit and Hot tub were great. Close to town so we could run to grocery store easily. Everything was excellent. I would recommend to anyone.

Easy check in. Plenty of space for our group of 7. Beds were pretty comfortable. Functional kitchen. Great backyard space with fire pit, Cornhole and spacious hot tub. Game room was a nice touch also.

This was one of the best stocked homes we’ve stayed at. The kitchen was fully stocked and there were tons of extras like outdoor games, a portable sound system, and a fun game room. The hot tub was huge and perfect for our family. The layout of the home is great and in a good location. 10/10 would recommend

This was our home base for our hike of the Grand Canyon. Perfect spot for our family and our friends family! The home is beautifully finished! Nicely decorated with every convenience of your own home. Lots of extras like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in every shower. Plenty of space for kids and adults. Foosball, Pac-Man, and huge hot tub were favorites of all! Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and pots and pans. Highly recommend this lovely home!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house. It matched the description and pictures and the owner was super responsive. With a snowstorm coming, we were in touch with some needs and they were very helpful. We would love to stay here again!

The property was clean, well-equipped, had super comfy beds, and plenty of fun activities for our kids. The adults enjoyed the hot tub. We cooked all our meals in the well-appointed kitchen. Just a perfect place for us to use as home base in between visits to the Grand Canyon and Arizona Snowbowl for skiing. The owner communicated with us incredibly promptly for every single request we had.

This house was great for our family of five and two grandparents. The layout is done perfectly with plenty of space to play and relax downstairs (a game-room plus two living rooms both with huge tv's, loaded with Netflix, Disney Plus and more - internet is amazing too) and then all bedrooms upstairs. One of the reasons we picked this house was because of the two king bedrooms and both were great with very comfortable beds. Kitchen was beautiful and seemed brand new, bathrooms are very nice/clean/new too. We had never been to Williams before, but given what we saw just driving around, we have to imagine this was the nicest place we could have rented/stayed in. The host was very responsive over text and check in went smoothly. One note - the PS4 is no longer in this home, as it was sadly broken by a previous guest.
