The room is spacious and clean.
I only saw the host 5 mins upon check-in to take the cash. After that did not see anyone anymore.
Had to find out about the water and the terrace on the roof myself.
I asked for information about tours, He said later but did not see him anymore.

quiet and convenient area in residence zone, it provides a well-equipped kitchen, additionally the local restaurants nearby are so tasty and budget. The staff there is very helpful and kind. There is some walking distance from the tourist street, but it's not a problem for me at all.

It’s not too far away so you could walk to the places you want to be or you could take a taxi for $2
The room was good but the lack of communication was severe and serious, the other bed got rented but the bed wasn’t done and no body said someone else will be coming to the room. So I assumed no one else was coming since I had already spent a night by myself after the other roommate had left. So the next roommate came in when I was about to shower unexpectedly and with the other bed not done. He had to change the sheets on his own.
