Antonio est un hôte très agréable et avec le sens du service. Nous avons rencontré un problème avec une porte, en 5 min, il était la pour nous aidé. La chambre était confortable. Elle est située proche du métro pour se rendre dans le centre. Le petit déjeuner plutôt varié.
2 bémols : nous aurions apprécié d'avoir des fruits au petit déjeuner, la clim est contrôlée par le propriétaire (cependant, nous lui avons demandé s'il pouvait diminuer un peu la température et il l'a fait).

ampiezza dell’alloggio, disponibilità di tutti i servizi utili (asse e ferro da stiro, macchinetta del caffè, sala lavanderia, cambio biancheria, contenitori raccolta differenziata, stendi biancheria, terrazzino)
- difficoltà di parcheggio su strada
- maggiore pulizia soprattutto del terrazzino, della mobilia e dei vetri renderebbe l’alloggio ancora più interessante

O Antônio é um anfitrião excepcional, e nos ajudou muito nas escolhas para nossa família como estacionamento, lugares para fazer refeições, supermercados por perto entre outras informações importantes e está sempre on-line para nos ajudar.
Nosso café foi ótimo e sempre com comidinhas da região e frutas. O que adoramos foi o kit praia ( guarda sol e toalha) e a máquina de lavar roupa ajudou muito porque viajamos com crianças.
O apartamento é histórico e lindo, a cozinha muito completa e os quartos amplos e banheiro água quentinha. Metrô muito perto.
Nada, tudo estava perfeito.
