Location as easy walking distance to attractions, shops, cafes and restaurants. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was good and snacks and drinks available all day if needed.

What I liked the most was the location — it was very convenient and close to everything we needed. I also enjoyed the breakfast, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was very much appreciated, especially in the summer heat.
I didn’t like being woken up by the noise at dawn. The pillow was uncomfortable, and the mattress was already sagging, which made it hard to sleep well. There was also no parking available, and the one they recommended, although nearby, was very untrustworthy — they calculated the price arbitrarily and even tried to overcharge us at the end. I don’t understand how they can recommend a place like that, especially after seeing the negative reviews it already had.
