Great value. No AC but fans provided. It's rustic and fun. High ceilings. Bring soap and kitchen soap and dish srubbers for pots and pans. The room didn't have a dish washer so the previous guests did your dishes. Needs blackout drapes in the main cabinet area. Furniture in the living space needs upgrading. Overall a great time.

Cabin was clean and even though I don't have a pet the entire property was pet-friendly so I got to see lots of fun dogs. Staff was very nice and the property was beautiful. Walking to the lake every morning was definitely a highlight. Will absolutely stay here again when I'm in the Lakewood/Pinetop area.

Check in was a breeze, Sean went over things quickly and clearly. When we got to the cabin turned on the kitchen sink it shot out some water and air and then trickled water, I checked bath sink, fine, tub cold side very slow hot, fine. I informed Sean and he had maintenance on it immediately. (This was on a Friday night after 5:00) Seems there had been an exterior valve replaced and debris had entered the line from the repair. We went out to dinner and it was done before we got back. Cabins are spaced nicely so you aren't on top of each other.

Cabin was in need of some upkeep to bedroom window and heater, bathroom tp holder and main door lock.
