The grounds and the breakfast. Unique and well cared for.
This is more like a bed and breakfast with a shared corridor and hallway with three other rooms. Intimate and different if that’s what you like. The outside is gorgeous with lots of games to play.
Maybe more breakfast - the other visitors to the other rooms quickly cleaned out the baking. It was just too delicious maybe people couldn’t help themselves.
Decor isn’t my taste- could be more modern Italian or upgraded? The PEC area is very expensive and although we went during the shoulder season and mid week it was still pretty pricey.
