Motel a bit dated but clean and cozy, complete with a little kitchenette. Closeness to Prince Edward County wineries and breweries. Motel right on the Bat of Quinte with nice views of the Bay. Staff friendly and helpful.
Could maybe have a boardwalk or nice deck with benches by the water for guests to sit and enjoy the views, the geese, and watch the airplanes in and out of Trenton Air Force Base.

Beds comfortable. Grounds beautiful.
Needs a bit of updating, bathroom dirty, coffee machine old and not working properly.
