The location was excellent. Less than a 10 minute drive to Lake Mary and less than 5 minutes to lots of dining options and shopping. The community amenities were nice - pool, large jacuzzi, sauna, bathroom with showers, ping pong table and pool table (requires coins). The condo itself was pretty comfortable and had just about everything you need for cooking.
The cleanliness left a bit to be desired. Some dishes that were put away in the cabinets were not clean, and the dishwasher was full of dishes when we arrived (clean dishes). Some of the bath towels had hair on them. Some of the dresser drawers were dirty (particles, gravel, sand?) and had forgotten belongings from previous guests.
Lastly, many of the pots and pans for cooking had scratches in the non-stick coating which did limit what we could use quite a bit.
