very good location, near house of parliament and not wide away for Hop On Hop Off Bus station, very good service, organising if you want a travel to or from the airport, very good breakfast, air conditioning, beautiful house, service oriented, elevator, no problems with communication before reaching the hotel

A beautiful building converted into a lovely hotel located just across the river and a short walk to the most interesting area of Bucharest.
For the most part, the staff were not proactive in looking after the needs of the guests. There was rarely anyone at the reception desk and if you rang the bell for assistance they didn’t show up for a while and tended to act a bit put out at being bothered to help.

Hotel was lovely and clean great location close to pubs and bars however not to close. Free coffee machine on floor 2. Gave us late check out.

great staff, friendly and professional (in the hotel)
Unfortunately, I have to mention a few negative points:
1. The room with the mezzanine bedroom is only for very able-bodied guests. An elderly person with even minor mobility issues will not be able to climb the narrow and very steep stairs.
2. The breakfast is monotonous, and dishes that should be warm are delivered cold or lukewarm.
3. The service in the restaurant and at breakfast is not helpful, especially at breakfast, requiring waiter service.
The "reception" at the restaurant is very unpleasant and unfriendly.
