How was beautiful, clean and brand new. Beds very comfortable, plenty of towels and kitchen had plenty of utensils and dishes. Garage was great when it was raining and backyard was very nice/well kept.

Living room TV would not turn on, we tried everything. Had to move the bedroom TV into the living room to be able to enjoy movies as a family. Host did not attempt to fix or give any insight as to the problem. Kitchen trashcan was auto-opening but did not work and almost impossible to open. Had to leave lid off and bags didnt fit so they kept falling in. Neighborhood was a little sketchy, a lot of police activity but we never had any issues. Communication with host once we arrived was slow or non-existent.

lacked cutlery and seating for everyone to eat together lacked utensils to prepare a family meal 2 seats outside for a property that sleeps up to 10 is very poor no storage spaces for guests clothing to be hung

location was very convenient to downtown and short drive to Tybee island as well. comfortable beds and large living room for large group to gather. enjoyed the house very much. fenced yard for the pups was nice.
