It is in a great location for access to train station and pick up points to further explore Naples and beyond. Room was clean tidy , modern design and staff were great

It is good to stay for couple of days only, as the area just in front of the Naples central station.
However it is very crowded.
Some basics stuff like towels were changed once in three days, and some places are not cleaned, full of dust.

Booked last minute due to flight cancellation and needed room for the night close to airport/station. Was clean and comfortable and right by the station
The outside looked really intimidating when we arrived and was a little disconcerting
