Rated a 6 because it was pleasant and the room was good but the area leading up to the entrance door was a hang out area. We only stayed one night and travelled by train so the location was perfect, right across the street from the train station. The room was comfortable, clean and the host was great to communicate with, sent videos to help with finding the place and doing self check in. Great value for the money. You don’t have to walk far to find a good restaurant or bakery. For a one night stay it worked great for us especially since we had an early train the next day.
The area was a little sketchy at night but I was with my husband so I felt safe, you have to remember it is right at the train station. Also, the elevator requires a 20 cent coin to use whether you are going up or down (host provided us with one coin) and it takes you to the seventh floor but you have to walk up to the eighth floor where the apartment is so if you have an issue with walking stairs, this may not be the place for you.
