Very comfortable, clean and well equipped. The owner was very helpful and the location of the appartment is great. Walkable from the city centre, with escalators or a lift available to get up the hill if needed. Excellent and cheap public transport links if you don't want to walk. There are plenty of lively local bars and plentiful shops around the apartment too.
