Location was excellent, apartment was well appointed, all communication was informative and on time. Would stay again.
Only downside was a shower over the bath, it is dangerous and there are not enough support rails.

The location for our purposes was excellent. With the two apartments there was plenty of room.
Unit 219 had a chronic lack of hot water. I think that this is a supply issue as there was hot water at 6.30am but at 7.30am there was none. Unit 220 was consistently better.
There is a lot of music noise from the backpacker hotel close by on weekends but this did stop at 10pm.
There is no designated parking for these units and one had to be mindful of the problem every time we left the premises. The booking data said that parking was available and I would never have booked the units if I knew that there was no designated parking.
