Nestled in Yachats, this attractive house for $382 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Urbanski House The Urbanski House is a great Ocean View pet friendly home, just across the street from crashing waves and tidal pools, just across the street, (access them at low tide from the state park area just a few blocks south). Also when the winds are blowing from East/No East, watch the mesmerizing Ghost Waves in the Bay. And watching the Whales go right by, is always a thrill, especially when they are bringing their calves back down!! It's close enough to walk to the Village of Yachats or the many shops and restaurants! This house has a wall of windows to take in the fabulous view, from all of the main living room, dining and kitchen area. From the upstairs loft, there is a King bed and 1 twin bed; plus a wonderful claw foot bathtub and vanity, so you can sit in the tub and soak all your cares away as you watch the ocean! Downstairs has a separate bedroom with a new Full-size bed, plus 1 twin bed, and bathroom (with large shower stall). For those who enjoy walking, you can pick up the Historic 804 trail near the home, which leads to Smelt Sands Park, tide pools, and wonderful geologic sites. Leave the car, since you can easily walk to the Green Salmon, Drift Inn, Luna Sea, Yachats Mercantile, and so many more restaurants and shops!! Don't forget Fido! The Urbanski House is a comfortable, recently upgraded with all new furnishing throughout, oceanview, family friendly; pet-friendly home, and has been a family favorite for many years! Main Floor: Living room, TV Dining room Kitchen Desk/work area 1 full (double) bed, 1 twin in downstairs bedroom, TV 1 main bathroom downstairs with shower stall Loft: 1 king bed, 1 twin bed in loft, TV, clawfoot tub and sink LIMIT: 6 PEOPLE MAXIMUM ~ 2 CARS MAXIMUM (CITY OF YACHATS ORD) NO SMOKING - PET FRIENDLY *Each home is individually owned. Amenities and furnishings are subject to change at any time. For questions on this, please contact our office. All cleaning policies meet or exceed CDC standards and recommendations. Our team wears new masks, gloves and shoes covers each time they enter home to prepare it for a new stay. We clean and disinfect all hard surfaces and high-touch items such as appliance handles, light switches, door knobs, remote controls, etc. We also clean and disinfect all dishes/glassware, silverware, bedding, towels and other linens as well as tubs and toilets. Meredith Lodging has added the extra measure of a pre-check-in inspection to make sure all of our cleaning and disinfecting procedures are complete and to our standard before you arrive. Once it passes inspection, your home sits empty until you arrive for your contact-free check-in. Additionally, if your home features a private hot tub, rest assured it is disinfected, treated and cleaned thoroughly after each departure so that you and your guests can enjoy it with peace of mind during your stay.

The photographs of this property are stunning. In real life it differs a little as it's a little rough around the edges. Painting the kitchen cabinets would do a great deal. Excellent location - beautiful ocean view - right on the 804 walking trail that was excellent. Loved the bathtub upstairs and the view while bathing. It's a very open house - if you crave privacy this might not be a good choice. Easy walking distance to an excellent coffee/bakery.

Two things that the website didn’t capture that were big negatives for us. 1 there was construction tape a d fencing blocking the view of the ocean from the house. 2 the house was not at all updated. It looked like the original flooring, paint job, bathrooms etc at least 30 years old. For what we paid, we could have afforded a much nicer hotel room. We made the best of it but will not stay here in future visits.

The property definitely does not look like the pictures , which are heavily rendered. The forniture and appliances are pretty old and in bad shape, the fan was so dusty we did not dare turn it on and the dryer filter was not clean. The overall footage is small and if you are a family, like us, it would not be convenient. Finally, the code they provided for the door was wrong and I had to call Meredith to get another one. The position in front of the ocean and walking distance from cafe and bakery is nice.

The property is so beautiful and just perfect. I love the light shining through all day long and the constant view of the ocean from the whole house. I took several baths and saw the ocean during my bath. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. We made a flaming icecream birthday cake and needed a hand mixer and there was one! It is a very close walk to town and the ocean trails. I only used the car I rented one time- to go to Strawberry Hill to look at the sea lions.

Beautiful location - one of the best views on the Oregon coast! Sitting on the front deck was so relaxing - perfect for sunsets and a glass of wine. Make sure to check out Bread and Roses, the bakery up the street!

Amazing place. Unbeatable view from the loft (tub, bed, etc.) and lovely beach walks right outside the door. Everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. Only minor complaint is less privacy at night in the loft (blinds just cover the bottom windows and walking path is across the street). Overall so worth it, five stars.

The Urbanski house is unique and wonderful, with its amazing location, giant windows, and comfortable atmosphere. The house is well appointed and offers the best of Yachats within easy walking distance. You must try the bath tub! My girlfriend and some friends decided to spend the weekend there to play board games and just catch up. It was the perfect setting, allowing us to spread out when we wanted to, and game together the rest of the time. I definitely recommend this rental.

This property is beautifully located across the street from the ocean and away from the main highway. Very quiet and walking distance to cafes and a market. House has all amenities including toiletries. Comfy stay. Upstairs loft bed very comfortable. We would stay here again.
