This room provides: • Mini-split AC/Heat to provide comfort for the cold or hot weather all year round • Office desk with picturesque views out the window • Monitor (adaptors not provided) • Fast Wi-Fi • Plenty of outlets • Blankets • Yoga Matts • Meditation Pillows • Jump ropes • Kettlebells • And more exercise accessories Some additional details you may want to know: ENTRY: There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The entry code will be provided to you on the day of your arrival. The code is changed after every guest. PARKING: There are two private driveways for up to a total of 6 cars or 1 RV and 3 cars SECURITY: For security and insurance purposes, we have installed security cameras monitoring the entry door, the general direction of the backyard on top of the casita, and driveways up to the house that overlook the street. The cameras do not monitor the interior living area. The footage is not stored permanently and in no way infringes on your privacy. It is strictly for liability purposes. CLEANING FEE 100% of your cleaning fee is paid to our local cleaners (i.e. no profit to us) and we insist on a professional level of deep cleaning between guests. PETS Unfortunately, our furry pets are not permitted on the property. NO SMOKING Smoking, including vaping, is not allowed inside of the home.
