Nice big sunny room in central location witch was pleasant and clean.
I booked a deluxe twin room but the room did not match the description and photos. It's a tripple room best described as shabby-chic and crammed with furniture that has seen better days. The bathroom had a spa bath and must have been very fancy ages ago. Taking a closer look you would see the black mould in the gaps and find the base of the toilet bowl was broken.

We had such a lovely warm welcome from Sarah! The location is amazing.
The room was very accommodating for me my mum and 3 year old daughter, having the extra bed was great and the room still felt spacious.
The bathroom could do with finesseing, it wasn't dirty but the shower/bath did feel old and tired.
Could do with some herbal teas by the kettle for a little extra touch
Dimmable lights would be nice

The front desk staff were delightful, helpful and friendly. Our room was very comfortable
Sounds funny but it was very difficult to use the kettle- the cord to outlet length was too short!

Lovely staff. Brilliant location.
Room was very dated. A lot of things needed a good touch up. Marks on walls, chipped radiator covers will paint falling off, bathroom needed updating. Small jobs that should be kept on top of.
