Almost perfect.

Hot tub was great. Beds and linen very comfortable. Very nicely decorated with good pressure in showers.

Not the cleanest. Very dusty and spider webs with spiders in both bathrooms. Decking furniture completely covered in spiders and webs. Dirty floors. In desperate need of an updated TV. Not a smart TV so could not access apps for our son. Had to buy a fire stick from nearby Leven to solve this. Had to also buy new batteries for tv remote as this stopped working also.

Not the best experience

The restaurant in the park was good, and very close to St Andrews

we had no water for 2 hours. We could not use the hot tub, have a shower, or make a cup of tea. We phoned reception who advised us it was not just our cabin. All of the cabins had no water. In the morning, before leaving, our electricity went off, and we were once again unable to have a shower. Use hair dryers or make a cup of tea before leaving. Granted, this was resolved in 15 minutes. Pictures on booking.com was not we looked out to. Single beds were so uncomfortable too and staying for 3 nights wasn't ideal.
