Staff were pleasant and helpful, location was close enough to a few stations (6-8 min walk). Nice they are a direct pickup location for the Airport Express to Narita Airport.
No resting or lounge area as typical of higher end hotels. They have a lobby area but not really the same thing. One night I couldn’t fall back asleep so I had to go to 7-11 to get a drink and snack, most of the “loungey” areas were roped off, and the lobby doesn’t have any tables so a bit awkward for eating.
