Staff attitude and ability
Refrigerator turned everything to ice. (Food wasted)
Toilet seat split. Replaced immediately when i informed staff. But should have been checked when the previous occupants vacated

I liked how big the rooms were, how efficient the staff are, and how most of our requests were met (asking for rooms next to each other), how close it is to so many restaurants and shops
Didn't like the hard beds, but at least they felt very clean and homey. Didn't like how high the tubs are, I had to be careful climbing out every time after I showered

"Fantastic location and an amazing room. The pool was huge and really safe. We stayed eight days and are returning for a few more"
