great sea view, straight onto the promenade and sea. clean room, all we needed, except we had to ask for a kettle and cups...not as standard! great reception staff, polite, helpful...excellent service all round

The location is fantastic. The rooms are spacious and clean. Small balcony is nice. We had a city view but it was quiet on the 4th floor. Bed was comfortable and AC worked very well. Breakfast was decent and the view from there is nice!
The rooms and all decor is outdated and old. If you get loud neighbors you can hear everything including the flush and water travelling through pipes. Bare minimum things in the room. Ok for an overnight or max 2 night stay. No kettle or coffee maker
