We loved the suite, the views and the breakfast was def 4 star. The restaurant area, bar area, food and customer service

The suite, the views and the breakfast

Staff, the waiting times at reception, food choice and menus. Restaurant and bar area very odd and no atmosphere. We watched a family get the wrong meal at the spa pool ate some of it and then got told it wasn’t theirs. It was taken away and given to the right couple half eaten, they didn’t want it, it went to the kitchen, more chips added to the plate of half eaten and given back where they watched what happened and refused to have them. Really really bad from the hotel! They were rude to the couple as well and said they must have them!

A nice hotel, but the junior suite was not fit for purpose.

Very clean, excellent location and view, definitely recommend the spa.

Bar area not particularly inviting, Junior suite was not suitable for a father and teenage son. The bathroom is completely open plan with clear glass around the shower and no toilet door, this resulted in us using the toilet in the bar area and also having to leave the room when my son wanted a shower. It clearly lists this room had a sofa bed when making the booking, this was not the case and on arrival was just one double bed, after complaining at reception (who argued with me) they finally placed two single beds in the room and promised to move us the following day, unfortunately we didn't hear anymore regarding the move. The staff argued that I should have informed them that I required two single beds, however I was expecting the sofa bed so two singles wasn't required.

Very good hotel. Comfortable bed and very good location 😌

I liked the location .the room is big and very clean and confortavel bed 🛌. Me and my family enjoy it alot. Very reasonable price for the family room olso.

I didn't like the service at the restaurant 😕. It to was slow .

the view in the balcony and the swimming pool is nice.

1) The staffs are friend to resolve issues. 2) Not much for breakfast but expensive. 3) This property is very strange, it appeals "including breakfast in the price" with the rooms (and every room), but the comfirmation email metioned nothing about breakfast, so we don't know whether it includes it or not? When you check-in, the told you you haven't incuded breakfast. Obviously I can't proven what I saw "breakfst included in the price" at the time of making the booking becaue no one expet this to happen and screenshot it. But I tried to research many different days with the same room and they are all showed the same as the way I book which stated that the price included breakfast (because I know I defenitately booked with breakfast as I booked all my trip included breakfast), but they aren't accepte this unless I can proven when I booked the room. You ended up called booking.com at a middle of night after a long day of travelling. This is terriable experience. Please watch out this.

Very good

Cleaning came by every day in the evening for extra service and bonbons. Access to own pool and breakfast at suite level. Nice sunbeds. Staff tried to help on request.

Missing service at breakfast and pool area, ex. family on 6, we had to gather the tables our selves for breakfast every day. Cleaning under bed and tv. The view over the port from 2.nd floor - non existing.

Beautiful room and views

We stayed in a Marina view room with a corner balcony and the views across the marina and sea were amazing. The room itself was beautifully contemporary and we really enjoyed our stay.

One downside was that our room didn't get cleaned for the 2 nights we were there. I think we must have left our room clean sign out too late in the day, but that was the only minor issue we had across the 2 nights.

Very pleasant two nights

Room was very nice, I checked in late so I got a room which was in the corner with two balconies which was fine. The lobby isn't very nice but the private pool area, spa and breakfast were just perfect

Excellent Hotel, location and extremely nice staff! We’ll be back!

We had a room with view to the see and enjoyed that very much plus the “white” noise of the waves braking on the mole of the habour right under our room, which we found extremely relaxing. What has to said is that the entire staff be it at the reception at our arrival at 1 a.m. or at breakfast or at the restaurant and pool has been extra ordinarily nice. We would also like send a special Thank You to the staff from reception (Yamila, Carolina and Ana) who not only have been of the utmost help but also have been very kind when a health issue occurred and we had to leave one day early. We are looking very much forward to our next stay and will hopefully then also enjoy the Spa with its treatments!

There wasn’t anything that we could have complained about quite the contrary!

Would recommend this hotel any day, and intend to visit again this year.

Arrived and greeted by very helpful and professional desk clerks. The room was bright and well furnished with a great view over the Marina from the two balconies. Very much liked the walk in shower, same as home, and the huge bath towels. Really big comfortable bed with perfect pillows(4). Breakfast was good with a wide selection of continental and English food. Special thank you to Carolina, the Manager, who was so polite and accommodating.

Not everyone wants pod coffee. No instant coffee sachets, no milk, and no complimentary biscuits in the room. Two big televisions with 100+ channels, but only BBC World Wide News channel in English. Complimentary slippers too small

Beautiful environment, close to the city centre.

As soon as you walk into the lobby area the view is spectacular. The service provided by the staff was excellent as well. When arriving to our room it was beautiful, lovely decoration and beautiful sea views. The breakfast was also delicious.

Although it says adults only there were a couple of children and baby around, we booked this specifically to avoid children and babies.
