Well little more information about the location building ! Not easy to find the building. Reminder for data phone to open doors! The rest was great:)

True review! The hotel is quite far from the Metro and buses. Architectural monuments are 1-3 km away, so you can walk and see them. The entrance to the hotel room is quite convenient with a code. Of course, breakfast saves (boiled eggs, cookies, cheese, sausage, ham, juice). Tea and coffee are always available. It is very convenient that you don't have to wash the dishes afterwards. The room is old, everything is in a dilapidated condition, there is very little space for three people, only the beds and the wardrobe fit. When we asked to change the room to a larger one, the administrator thought that we were talking about towels, and not about another room (((
You can hear the dishwasher very loudly behind the wall. In the bathroom there is a shower, toilet and washbasin.
Very old and neglected room, dangerous sockets that fall out of the wall! Very noisy behind the wall at night!

The host was very friendly and accommodating. Room was good and shared bathroom right near our room which was convenient. In a good location too.

Good value overall, but with some manageable downsides.
The room was clean and well maintained. The staff was polite and helpful. The breakfast is quite decent (ham/cheese/cereals/tea/coffee/yoghurt/tortilla/pastries). The location is quite good, great neighbourhood, decently connected.
Indications to enter the hostal and room are clear enough, not having réception personnel is manageable.
The private bathroom and shower for our room was a great plus (other rooms seem to be sharing it but only with one or two other rooms, which feels manageable if you are not sensitive to that)
Downsides: the room only has a window that gave onto a light well, hence there is little luminosity and low airflow which can lead to the air being a bit stuffy but there is AC to solve that issue: the AC smelt bad however, which prevented us from using it and it unfortunately did not get fixed during our stay.
If you plan on being outside more than in your room, it is a good option assuming the AC got fixed.
