Fenced in, wonderful pool deck area!! GULF VIEW from the front of the property, Only steps to the beautiful white sands of the Gulf of Mexico! Located in the Heart of Anna Marie Island and famous Bradenton Beach pristine white sand beaches. Trolley picks up at corner of street. Unit is ground level (one small step up into unit), and is located at the front of the house for more privacy, not pool side. Property offers fenced in sun bathing area next to heated swimming pool. Gas Grill for Bar-B-Que, tables and chairs, chaise lounges and pool in backyard shared by all renters staying at property in any of the 4 units. Full sized, totally equipped kitchen (Microwave, Coffee Pot, Blender, Pots, Pans, Dishes, Silverware, Cooking Utensils, Linens). Free Laundry Facilities on-site. Unit is within walking distance to a variety of island restaurants. Free Island trolley comes to the corner and takes you from one end of the island to the other. Visit the famous City Pier, quaint shops, surfing and swimming beaches, fishing docks, live entertainment, boardwalk, Outlet Mall, local shopping and so much more. Quiet neighborhood. Clean with all of the necessities, plus beach chairs/towels. Well maintained and owner was very attentive, ensuring we had a great time. Beach access is essentially across the street, and free AMI trolley stops at the same corner (download MCAT app for accurate trolley locations). Pool is smaller and shared, but was heated and warm - our weather didn't really allow for much pool time. Absolutely recommend this place for couples looking to explore AMI! Or just wanting to sit on the beach or at the pool.

My boyfriend and I stayed in unit 2. It was the perfect size for the two of us and had all we needed. The heated pool was nice since we were there in December and the beach was right across the road! The owner had very good communication with us during our stay making sure everything was okay. We will definitely be returning :)

We don’t live too far away and came for a long weekend to celebrate our anniversary. We’ve stayed out at Anna Maria Island before but usually we stay on the north side. This place is in a great location, within a very short walk to a nice section of beach and not too far from a handful of restaurants. Also very close to a nice spa. The property owner was great and made sure we knew that she was available at a moment’s notice should we have any issues (we didn’t). We enjoyed it very much!

My wife and I had our first visit to the island and loved it. We loved everything about the 1 bedroom space. We were able to walk everywhere, restaurants, bars, etc. We were right across the street from a wellness spa and got massages one day. The proximity to the beach was fantastic. I will definitely rent again.

The property was very clean and the owner stayed in contact with us the whole time and was really sweet and helpful. I can’t wait to go back. We will be staying here again! Oh and the beach is right across the street! Loved it!

This unit was absolutely perfect for a getaway with my husband. You will love the location as it sits in front of a quiet neighborhood where we felt safe and was able to walk our dog at night as well as being literally right across the street to the beach. The property owner was so very attentive through the entire process from beginning to end. Great experience..

We enjoyed our stay. We loved the pool and closeness to the beach and shops and restaurants. Jill was wonderful when we had to evacuate on our last day due to a hurricane threat. She checked in on us to be sure we were somewhere safe! Great owner!

Hi there! Jill is very accommodating & helpful host. The property is very pretty & easy to navigate. I'm handicapped so hopefully that helps another guest. I'm not in a wheelchair, but I do have metal plates & screws in both my feet. The beach is super closeby. It was a really great trip!

Although I only stayed at Jill's apartment for 2 nights, I totally enjoyed my stay. Jill was totally on top of communicating with me regarding my stay. She also was quick to respond to my texts. There were absolutely no issues with the apartment. Everything worked, super quick walk to the beach. The pool was awesome. Very clean! Would definitely stay again at Jill's place.

Everything went smoothly from booking to departure. The host was excellent with communication and being accommodating. The cottage was perfect- cute and cozy and the pool was refreshing. The walk to the beach was easy and quick and the location was a short drive to other beaches, shopping, and restaurants. I highly recommend this property.

Just steps from the gulf beaches this unit was perfect. Clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. The owner checked in via text a couple times to make everything was ok with the unit. Always available if we needed to contact her. We will definitely stay here again

Steps to the beach, this cozy cottage was the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen was well-stocked, the bed was comfortable, the shower pressure was good, and the beach chairs and pool floaties were plentiful. Best of all was the communication from Jill! Can’t wait to return!
