Unit has a well-equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, toaster and all utensils. air conditioning, heat and ceiling fans, a queen size bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room, accommodating up to four guests. The unit has an open floor plan with privacy wall with no door on the bedroom. PLAYA ESMERALDA INN on Anna Maria Island is on Gulf Drive South with the Gulf beach 20 steps away. Historic Bridge Street, with quaint shops, restaurants, bars and the Pier, which often features festivals, farmer's markets and many special events, is a short one and a half block walk. There is a free shuttle that travels most of Anna Maria Island, making it very convenient. The location of PLAYA ESMERALDA is simply amazing. You are a short walk from the beach, spectacular sunsets, great restaurants, bars and shops. So whether you come for a week or even just a few days, come enjoy wonderful Island Living on Anna Maria Island in the heart of it all. Room was cute and conveniently located. Unfortunately the bed is very uncomfortable for 2 to sleep on, causing one to move to the couch.

We had a great stay of 5 nights & above all we loved the great location just a few steps away from the Beach! Very friendly owners and well equipped Cottage which is lovely decorated. If someone is somewhat sensitive re noise at night, sometimes traffic/outside noises might be a little disturbing. We would love to come back anytime

Clean, cute, comfortable and the perfect location on AMI. Maria was available by text and quick to respond. Easy check in and check out process. We had a great time and will definitely book another stay.

We really liked this quaint little cottage and its location to the beach, restaurants, and access to the trolly. Although it is on a busy street, it is set back so is not too noisy. They checked on us everyday to make sure our stay was going well. For improvements I recommend an eggcrate foam for the pull out coach as well as nicer blankets to make it more comfortable. I also recommend adding a few more hooks in the bathroom for towels etc. Thank you.

Perfect location. Right across the street from the beach, 1 block from Bridge Street where everything is happening. 1 block from trolley stops. We parked and didn't need to drive anywhere for the rest of our visit. We had a wonderful time and had almost every meal on the water at a different restaurant. The highlight was dinner at sunset on the beach, then a stroll along the beach back to the cottage after dinner. Just wonderful.

Hi it was a very cute apartment. We really enjoyed staying and hope to return soon! Maria was so nice and accommodating to us. If I could provide one thing that needs improvement it would be that the apartment was a bit dusty. The decor could probably use a wipe down. The cooking utensils were dirty as well. The rest of the apartment was great. Again, very good experience! Thank your for everything!

Perfect location, had everything we could need and incredibly clean. The only thing that could have been better is the air-conditioning in the bedroom. The fan ran slow and it was a bit hot in the bedroom. But other than that it was great!

Location was perfect! Short walk to the beach, bridge street shops and restaurants. The accommodations are for 2 people and had everything you need. It was nice having a choice of beach chairs and having a cooler provided.

The exterior of the property was very tidy and well kept. We were pleased to see the nice patio set and beach chairs and umbrella were provided. The inside of the property was a bit musty smelling but that cleared up with an open door. The inside of the unit was a little beat up, the baseboards were very dinged up and the bathroom wall was rough. That being said for what we paid I think the property was nice and the service was great. I spoke with one of the owners while passing and let him know the fold up style closed/towel hanger/dryer was broken and he went to the store and purchased a new one on the spot, built it and delivered. Also my wife misplaced her air pods and the owner sent the manager over to check immediately and even wen so far as to try to blue tooth to it to locate it. Again the service was superb.

My husband and I had a great time! The bed was comfy and it had everything we needed. I was also able to talk to someone the night we arrived about parking so they responded quickly. The only thing that slightly worried my husband and I was the fact that as soon as we arrived we noticed that the toilet was constantly running.

Loved the location. Less than 100 steps from front door to the most beautiful white sandy beach. Walking distance to anything you need. The bed was so comfortable that we missed it when we got home. The only issue I had was lack of dish rags. There was definitely a need for more than one dish towel. Microwave and coffee pot needs to be replaced but they worked for what we needed. Maria was a fantastic host. She walked me through any issues I had. We are planning our next trip and will be contacting her soon.

Unit is very small and was okay for our 3 day stay. Disappointed it wasn’t cleaner. Floor and walls were dirty. When we mentioned to owners they sent someone next day to mop floors. Couldn’t get hot water to work in kitchen. Had to wash dishes in cold water. Euw! Very limited utensils. Tried to cut a lemon with one of knives. I couldn’t force it thru. Loved the location and ease of beach access. Beautiful area!
