This beautiful house is in the middle of the most amazing hiking spots in Sedona, between 2 vortexes, 8 minutes away from downtown and right in front of the famous Oak Creek river. With its 15,000 sq.ft of living space, 12 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms on 7 Acres next to famous Oak Creek ! and it offers a unique setting for yoga, wellness retreat, family reunion, and getaways. Nature lovers can access private swimming holes along the creek and soak in the breathtaking views of towering red rock formations. To enjoy the local culture, the dome is just 8 minutes away to Sedona’s vibrant art galleries, eclectic shops, and restaurants. This retreat is like no other in the area! We have a brand new hot tub - Natural Salt System on the roof deck of the Dome - Heated 24 hours and is free of charge. A bran new pool with a built hot tub Several meeting rooms. A huge living room 50 feet long by 35 feet wide An exercise room A library A beautiful kitchen with 3 Thermador refrigerators. 5 sinks. 2 dishwashers A huge laundry room - Only available for renters that stay over a week Pool 2 Hot tubs. One is heated thought your stay and the pool one is heated by request and at $150 x day Here is the bedrooms setting: Bedroom 1 has 2 XL Twin size beds - These can be pushed together to make a nice king size bed. We consider events ANY gatherings over 16 guests. I just need to know the type of event that you will be hosting and the size of the event to provide pricing. An additional $350 cleaning fee will be also added. 2- NO pets or smoking allowed. Not even companion pets will be allowed here because one of my children is allergic to pets. if you bring a pet you will be charge $500 x day x pet 3- The base rate is for 10 guests. You can always add guests after you make this reservation but you can’t reduce guest number after booking. Any additional guest over the first 10 guest will be charge $100 x guest x night. NO exceptions. Children included. 4- No shoe policy OR wet cloth on the house, please 5- Unfortunately we don't have wheelchair access. 6- washed and dryers will only be allowed to use for guests staying over a week. 7- Tent outside the yard by the creek is for the guest staying at the dome only. 8- Pool is NOT heated but hot tub will be heated by request with a $100 heating fee x day. This charge will be pay by guest separate. The hot tub on the roof tub is heated 24 hours and free. I look forward to hosting your visit - Namaste

This was a family gathering of 16 adults and 3 small children. The house was perfect. Lots of indoor and outdoor spaces. Kitchen was fantastic with all needed supplies and extras. We were even able to everybody around the table for dinners. A good time was had by all.o

We had a lovely and beautiful weekend at this enchanting property. Everything about it was divine. The drive to the property is amazing. The property itself is so unique. The proximity to the creek is incredible and the house itself holds so much magic. What a wonderful weekend! A big thank you to the hostess for everything!

We had a lovely stay and the place was beautiful but zero wifi and very little to no cell phone service, not as advertised. The host stopped responding when I mentioned that guests were uncomfortable that they couldn’t reach their families at home. Other than that it was lovely. If the posting wasn’t misleading and hosts were honest about what is available to guests it would be perfect. It was difficult to book travel out and check into our flights.

I hosted a bachelorette wellness weekend for 15 women (late 20's, early 30's) and it couldn't have been more perfect! We had way more space than we needed and the rooms were all beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms, toiletries and towels. The kitchen was huge with an industrial sized fridge, freezer and pantry which was perfect for how big our group was. We were close and very accessible to many hiking trails and lookout points as well as a short drive away from downtown/main street. Being close to the creek was perfect on a hot day, we were able to have a private yoga class outside on the deck and star gaze on the roof at night. This house has plenty of space and absolutely everything you could need. Our whole group was blown away by our stay!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay as we had a large group and this property allowed us to all stay in one place. There were a handful of issues that popped up along the way - with the internet as well as some showers that weren’t working properly, but it was easy to text with the owner/property manager and get these issues resolved. The location and proximity to the trails was ideal!

The house is located just yards from the creek, from the deck you can hear the water - very nice. The owners ask that you do not flush any toilet paper (this unexpected request was the only downside of our visit)

We stayed with 14 teachers for our summer planning retreat. The house and the property was perfect. Plenty of space, plenty of bedrooms and the property was excellent for outdoor meetings, meals and down time in the creek.

Plenty of room for a large group. Nice property on the river and super quiet. We would’ve enjoyed the outside deck more but we couldn’t stand the smell of the septic tank.

We went for a work trip and had a great time. Creek is very close. We had difficulties with getting on the Wifi and using the internet, so we ended up using our cellular hotspot. Other than that it was perfect!
