Included in your stay are all the resort-style amenities at "Aquarius Condominiums" such as the oceanfront pool deck, on-site coin laundry on every floor, steam rooms, BBQ area, shuffle board, private beach access to the "No-Drive" beach, and one assigned parking space. Directly across the street from Aquarius Condominiums is Dollar General which is the perfect spot for quick groceries and beach necessities. Directly next door to Aquarius Condominiums is Tom Renick oceanfront park. This park includes a picnic area, parking, restrooms, and even a playground! Just down the road is a remodeled shopping center including Publix Supermarket, Publix Liquors, banks, Bealls Outlet, Dollar Tree, and a Chinese restaurant just to name a few. Within quick walking distance of the condo is Stavro's Pizza House, Beach Side Brew Pub, Alife's Take Out, Salty Farms Seafood Market, Beach-side Cafe and Donuts, a number of lounges, Subway, a Post Office, plus many more local businesses and restaurants. Ormond Beach is a quieter beach-side town home to mostly full-time and seasonal residents. It offers travelers a more peaceful side of the greater Daytona area while still only being a 15-20 minute drive from the majority of Daytona Beach's most popular attractions and events. The dining table which seats 6 awaits you between the living room and kitchen allowing for oceanfront views while you dine. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to prepare beach-side meals including a brand new over-sized refrigerator. The oceanfront primary suite with a king bed hosts a beautiful bathroom completed by a gorgeous, tiled shower/tub combo and a separate vanity and toilet closet. The oceanfront guest bedroom holds two full beds with a full bathroom just across the hall. This bathroom includes a walk-in shower. Step onto your private balcony and into your secluded oasis! The oceanfront balcony affords you an incredible, direct view of the Atlantic Ocean. The balcony includes both lounge furniture and an outdoor dining set allowing guests to enjoy meals together while surrounded by the sound of waves crashing into the shore below. After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back, along with a picture of your license. Please note that even if you cancel outside of the cancellation window and receive a full refund, the "Booking Fee" is never refundable. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call. Our agents are happy to assist and answer any questions. To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during Spring and Summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday in those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed. The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud. Like every property in the area, there's always a possibility of some construction-related noise. This noise could come from this property or neighboring properties. The city sustained hurricane damage in 2022 and ongoing construction continues throughout the city.

Our Condo on the 8th floor was spacious ,clean, nicely furnished and well appointed. We had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. We enjoyed the views from our balcony, the beach and pool. We found plenty of good local eateries 15-20 mins away. The facility is older but well maintained and its in a beautiful area. Very happy with our stay. My one caveat is everything was done by text or email. I don't live on my phone as so many do and trying to catch someone in the office seemed difficult. Nobody around. I don't care for the "Emergency Number" thing either. You need to have staff at the facility.

The worst experience ever. RAT infested. No heads up from property management about the Rats. I Sent VBRO a message and never had a return message !!! But on Monday after Rats ate food on the counter I has a number for Ocean Luxuary rentals which must have been a 3 third party did contact me after my calling them and had me moved south to Daytona Florida to another condo. These people were wonderful . They were top of their game when it came to getting us taken care of. HATS OFF. But again VRBO never responded to my messages. Really..... I could go on but RATS in a condo 8 floors up.

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the quiet ocean front setting. It would be nice if the balcony furniture could be wiped down and the floor mopped if needed (there was a spill we cleaned up ourselves). Wish there was access to the pool through the lobby as it is beautiful to see the pool and ocean from the lobby doors. We were glad to have the park next door to access the beach.

Went down with some family (4 of us) for a different way to spend New Year's Eve. Liked the low-key atmosphere of Ormond Beach. If you like more party, Daytona Beach was a short drive south. Great impressive views of the ocean from the balcony. Complex is a little older, but well kept. Liked the security of the gated garage and keypad entry to the complex. Pretty quiet overall. Laundry room was across the hall, which was very convenient. Very friendly people wherever we went.

Me and my sisters stayed in here for a week right after the hurricane. The beach access stairs had been washed away, but there was a park right next door that had access to the beach so that wasn't a problem at all. There was also a sparkling clean pool to use, but the weather was a little cold during our visit so we never really used the pool. This condo was very nice and clean and had views of the ocean from living room and both bedrooms. Also a wonderful balcony with great ocean and beach views. Spent our mornings having coffee on the balcony and watching the sunrise, that was awesome! We would definitely stay here again.

Overall a great experience! The property was spotless, kitchen well-equipped, quiet building, easy beach access, uncrowded pool, and attentive management. Very comfortable condo for our family of four with close proximity to trash chute, laundry room, and elevators. Underground parking was nice and kept the car cooler. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the crashing waves and many brown pelicans that flew by daily. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, too. Thank you for sharing your condo!

The condo was beautiful. Very clean and spacious. Balcony had an oceanfront view, and each bedroom did as well. I would definitely stay here again! The only thing missing was a hot tub, but had a great pool!

The unit had no hairdryer even though the listing said there was one. There was only 1 dish towel and a couple of rags that I assumed were supposed to be dishrags. There was one set of decorative towels in the master bathroom. There were two fingertip towels but no face cloths. The hall bath had only two towels and two wash cloths - hardly enough for even two adults and the unit is supposed to be for 6! The garage remote was broken when we arrived and it took 4 days and a number of phone calls to finally get a replacement.

Clean and comfortable ocean front condo. Spectacular views! Missing an iron and ironing board. A couple of beach chairs would have been nice, since we flew in and could not bring chairs. Overall a great stay!!
