I'm not going to waste everyone's time with a review. It was a negative experience. I stayed two nights out of a projected six

This was a stopover for me for a few days and it was a perfect location. Everything is close by including Garden of the Gods and the mountains - but also groceries, restaurants, etc The host was easy to deal with and very helpful. The apartment was also the perfect size with everything I needed for 3+ nights

The location was absolutely perfect and the room was super cute! We had everything we needed and were so close to so many attractions. Lots of reviews mentioned the neighborhood in a negative way, but I found the location to be really nice and was not disturbed my road noise,

We were so close to Garden of the gods that we went at least twice a day. Good central location for all we had planned.

The room is in a mini-motel very close to downtown Manitou Springs. The room was updated and clean enough. However, as other reviewers have mentioned, it is located on a very busy road in an area that feels somewhat unsafe for walking. The walls of the room are very thin and you can hear your neighbors very clearly as well as the street traffic throughout the night. There was a musty mold smell in the room and the AC unit may need a cleaning. Convenient location to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs and Old Colorado City. The linens need replacing and the floor needs a good cleaning.

This property is so close to the Garden of the Gods and Manitou. It was a smaller room than I thought based on the photos in the listing. It is an old motel refurbished. There are two things that bothered me about this place...the noisy neighborhood...like people cruising the road until after midnight with loud mufflers and music. Even my earplugs didn't help that. The other thing was the garbage and parking. There's like 5 parking spaces in front of the unit and it specifically says compact vehicles only otherwise you have to park in the overflow parking, wherever that was?? There were two big trucks parked in the compact parking. They probably couldn't find the overflow parking either. Then we had to take our garbage to the bin located by the overflow parking, wherever that is. The instructions on that were poorly stated, as well as the check-in instructions. IMO it would've been nicer to stay in a hotel.
