Very close to attractions and nice restaurants.
Room very big and nice and quiet.
Great air conditioning, need it in Rome, very hot!
No elevator, had to lug big suitcases up a lot of stairs and then down again when we left!
It was halfway thru our Europe holiday so had big suitcases.

Located in convenient area. Large room. Good breakfast. Staff was able to place our medication in there colder fridge and was able to freeze my gel medical ice bricks. This helped out immensely.
Could have an extra table/bench to place items.

The structure is positioned 5mins away from the Colosseum, and walking distance from most attractions. Our room was spacious and looked clean.
This is NOT a hotel, it's a B&B! There is no 24h reception like the website said when we booked, coming back to the room you never know if someone will be available at reception or not. The b&b is situated in a small, old building, frankly it was quite hard to find initially. Communication by the b&b was awful, I tried contacting them multiple times via email before our arrival and never got an answer, one day whilst we were out I needed to call them and no one picked up the phone. The people that work there don't speak good English or even Italian, for that matter. All in all not worth the money.
