Room was fine, bit difficult entering from unlit carpark. Breakfast good and staff were all hepful

Initial interaction with staff on check-in.
Moved to a suite due to serious issues with the first room.
The suite was fine.
First room (206) was dreadful; the window located directly in front of a VERY bright streetlamp.
Said lamp was on 10:30pm - 6:30am and even with curtains closed it lit the room hugely.
A fire alarm was beeping every 30 seconds due (I reckon) to the the back-up battery needing changing.
Noise from the street (rowdy revellers) until ~2:00 am. Neither of us got any sleep!
Complained to the very agressive 'duty manager' the next morning (she's clearly in the wrong job as she couldn't cope with the complaint). She actually ran away from me as I made the complaint.
The 'full english' was very greasy. I didn't eat it all..
