We stayed here because it’s close to the PHX airport. We picked it because it has excellent reviews and we are adding to the long list of happy Hampton Inn stayers! Althiug there is an Italian restaurant which does room service. We opted to do Uber eats and order from a Vietnamese place called Viet Shack. It was great too. Definitely recommend this hotel and best part… it’s pet friendly. Our little dog loved it too!

We have stayed in many Hamptons and the beds are usually comfortable. This was definitely the exception. They were very hard and firm and we had a pretty miserable night of sleep. The breakfast was your normal offerings, and it was kept well stocked. The staff was friendly, and the airport shuttle was a bonus.

It was a perfect stay. Great price, and breakfast included. Felt safe, and comfortable and they also have an airport shuttle. The employees were all very nice as well. I usually stay in Airbnbs and this was my first time in a hotel in a while too!

Had trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi, front desk told me it was because I had an iPhone. The bed was uncomfortable, you could hear the springs squeak as you sat down. There was a sign on the mirror that said housekeeping was “by request only”and would not visit unless you called the front desk. Check out was at noon and at 9 am I was in an important virtual meeting on my laptop when housekeeping walked in the room, I waved them away. I forgot to latch the deadbolt because I the sign stated housekeeping would not be stopping by but not even 10 minutes later the same thing happened again, they walked right in while I was in the middle of a work meeting. Breakfast was good, place was clean. Overall the hotel was just okay. Nothing great nothing terrible.

This place was disgusting. Bathroom was dirty. And the sheets had blood on them.

Don’t stay in room 131. Might be the noisiest room on the property. Each morning around 4am we would hear an unbalanced washing machine moving above us. Not to mention the room is right next to the pantry so lots of clatter of items starting early as well. Kitchen and laundry facilities should not be near guest rooms.

I am in the industry and love to visit new-to-me properties. I was extremely impressed by the pull-out shelves in the bathroom and nightstand. When you're travel and have all your things and trying to stay organized, these little shelves were a dream! I can't wait to tell my staff about them.

This was the second time I stayed at this establishment and both times the bathrooms were not cleaned properly. The cleaning staff needs to lift the toilet lids and seat to make sure there is no splatter on them from the previous guest visit. Also the comforter had food and blood stains on it and the couch and chair had stains on them as well.
