The bed was great. The breakfast was okay. Our only negative was the noise. You can hear the neighbors snoring at night. There were a number of pets at this hotel. We heard the barking at 6 am each morning even with earplugs!

I didnt like thar the elevators were dien and vefore i oayed to stay there was not notified prior too. After they have your money then they tell you about it.

The noise from the next room was very loud. The people bext door was not loud,it just like there was nothing to decrease the sound. The breakfast was very good and the staff very helpful.

Breakfast is lack-luster. Turkey Sausage is just flavored cardboard. Kids should not stay on upper floors.

It was clean and the staff were very helpful. I was disappointed in the size of the pool it was to c CB old for me but my don had fun in it. The whirlpool was also not working while we were there.

Very disappointed in this Hampton Inn. No microwaves in rooms. Only one elevator. Ice machine was out of order on our floor. Made it very inconvenient. We've stayed here several times but a first with no microwave. We'll think twice before staying here again.The General Manager is super nice however and is a definite plus for this facility.

The staff was courteous and helpful. The pocket door to the bathroom was heavy and did not slide easily. Also, the toilet made a loud buzzing noise in the middle of the night until we flushed it.

Not sure if room 137 is haunted? Kept hearing a creaking door open but not closing at least 5 times through the night. Asked the front desk lady and replied loud and quickly with a NO!! Wow ok I thought.

Chose this place because the we site lists “golfing privileges” inferring at lest to me, it was connected to it associated with a gold course. Nope. Other than that- clean and very friendly staff.

We loved our stay here. Recently renovated the rooms are clean and tidy and the mattresses are amazing. Best sleep in a long time. The staff was helpful and kind. One improvement would be bigger towels for the pool/hot tub, they’re tiny.

How do you feel about bugs in your room? Now, how do you feel if the front desk told you there were bugs in the room but they were harmless? How do you feel about not knowing this before you checked in? This particular bug is an infestation in Durango and typically live in trees but find there way inside during the summer months. In order to avoid the bugs you need to find a hotel that is not near trees.

Hotel was infested with box elder bugs , dogs barking in rooms, phone wasn't working...free morning breakfast was a joke.

Never again. This property is shameful. To lay a notice in a room to let you know about bugs is not ok. I do not appreciate waking up to find bugs on me in bed. In my clithes on my wster bittle in ny shies etc... Had to make sure every thing remained pacjed so the bugs did nit get into my suitcases. Do not need to have them brought home and deal with an infestation in my home. Had to keep air conditioner turned up to 60 degrees to freeze them in their tracks. 175.00 a night for this is nit acceptable. It was miserable. Asked to clean room. Went out day two and came back with bed and room still not cleaned. Took many pictures.

It was very nice but one suggestion is if you have a separate area for the toilet freeing up space for the vanity and mirror . When traveling with friends it takes longer to get ready because access to the mirror and sink is limited. Also a mirror in the bedroom area would help
