The staff was very friendly and helpful. We needed a pet room which is at the far end of the hotel, convenient for walking.
However, the bathroom was dirty and the shower was lukewarm.

Hotel was very run down and poorly maintained. Room smelled funny, heating unit was dirty, carpet unclean, and stain on bedspread. Staff was okay, but maintenance guy was clearly not doing any. Breakfast was good and served early, which was nice.

No maid service, never had that before in all my many travels. I was told typically the rooms are not made up unless requested. What?? Bed super comfortable, need more pillows. Linens/towels were super white and clean also, bonus points.

It was great for the price. Clean good breakfast. The carpet probably should be replaced. You can smell a little bit of the old time wins smoking was allowed or it’s because they do have smoking rooms and maybe that soup sent but overall for the price I was greatly placed.

The whole hotel smelled like smoke. Halls, stairs, rooms, the only area that didnt smell of heavy cigarette smoke was the lobby but you could still smell it.

After a decent experience checking in, it went down hill fast. First this hotel is super dated, dirty, and has quite a odor. They say they have renovated, I'm pretty sure that only means new mattresses. Which weren't bad at all. However we just had such a poor experience here I'm not sure where to start. Maybe first I'll say if you're in a pinch with no where else to stay, this might be ok. From the poorly run breakfast area with empty coffee and orange juice that another guest described as orange colored water, to construction straight across the hallway after 11pm. I went out to see what all the pounding was about after i was woken up. The door straight across the hall was wide open and some guy was building new platforms for the new mattresses. Why would you schedule this at night when your guests are supposed to be sleeping and or relaxing. I called the front desk and it did stop. Unfortunately i was awake at this point. Not to be topped by that was the vacuuming in the hallway at 8am right outside our door. So you can't go to bed early, nor sleep in. Also my wife was asking for more towels after the first night, we stayed 2 nights. The lady at the front desk wanted her to go back up stairs and get the dirty towels before she could get more. Finally they agreed we could leave our dirty ones in the hallway for house keeping. Then before we checked out, i tried to talk to the assistant manager before we left. She only gave me half of her attention and no resolution to issue

The carpet didn’t look like it had been vacuumed or else it was done with a bad vacuum sweeper. The mattress was very comfortable and it was a nice room.

There is no room service but to get towels. Staff is constantly smoking right at the front entrance. Ugh! Room had stinky sink. Toilets are super low and uncomfortable

Arrived at 4:30 and 1 of my rooms was not ready. My in-laws wanted for 4 hours before they finally got into a room. Booked thru Expedia and followed up after we got home and asked for a rebate. They offered $20 off a $132 bill. Wont stay at a Quality Inn again.

I was out of town due to my mother entering into hospice in Marion Il. I had gotten back to the room at 1:00 from a nursing facility and a man was in the parking lot fighting on his phone. When I walked by he said he was so mad he could punch this *** in front of me in the back of the head. Very scary. I told desk clerk who said she would take care of it.

I encountered 6 different staff members while i was there. Each greeted me with a smile and where so warm and kind. Definitely made my stay that much more comfortable

Property left a bit to be desired. Our room could have used another cleaning. There was something gross left in the fridge, cob webs in the bathroom behind the door. Bed was missing the top sheet which we were able to get, but just overall didn’t feel clean. The staff was nice though, so there’s that.

Place was way beyond what I thought it wouod be.it was clean, comfortable, the food was delicious. I can't say enough great things about it. Will absolutely be staying here again.

The room, for a non-smoking room, had a very strong cigarette smell. The shower was disgusting with mold around it.

Room could have been cleaner and jetted tub in king bed room was odd with no wall by bed - just a shower curtain. Outer door was wide open with no need to use the card key. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly.

The website states the room are recently renovated but I see no signs of that. Very weird setup with a cutout in the wall where the tub/shower is so you can see into the sleeping area. There were multiple yellow stains on our sheets. So gross! Breakfast was extremely disappointing. My husband chose this hotel because it had great breakfast ratings. There were only enough eggs for 1 person at 6:10am, only a few potatoes and 1 piece of sausage! There was no yogurt, no cereal, very few options for food choices when there were quite a few people down there trying to eat before they get on the road. In addition there is no elevator so we had to haul our luggage up and down the stairs! Be cautious when choosing a room because they have smoking rooms in this hotel!
