There was no AC during my stay but they are supposedly having it installed. There also wasn't any service to the room. The area is wonderful and quiet though which is why I choose hotels in the Kensington area.

Great location for a stay in Kensington. Walkable to many museums and sights! For those looking to charge multiple items, be aware that outlets are limited.

The rooms were clean, the breakfast was very good (it's not included in the room rate) and the staff was kind enough to store our luggage when we arrived earlier than the check-in time, and once again in our check-out because we left the city later than the check-out time.
The rooms are small but the bed was comfortable, the elevator is also small enough to fit one person and one or max 2 pieces of luggage. The rooms have AC so no issues with the heat.
The hotel is close to many restaurants, groceries stores, and the neighborhood is super nice and quiet. It's close to bus stops and 5-10 mins away from subway stations. We enjoyed our stay and would definetely come back.
