We were here for baseball tournaments. The rooms are nice and maid came and tiyed everyday.

The front desk person was friendly at check-in. The Inn it self is older, could use some upgrades. Its fine in a pinch.

The gentleman at the front desk was so sweet. The room is meh. Neither the sink nor tub have stops. Youre out of luck if you want a bath or have small children who bath. Also, when we arrived there was yellow crystals all over the drain. I assume it was cleaner that wasn't rinsed away. The bed that I had, every time I sat down or stood up, there was a very loud metal sounding pop!! Like metal bending and bending back. I am certain the room next door and possibly the one below could hear it. This was near the night stand area, as if people plop down and have bent something underneath, then kick their feet up. Then it pops back when you get right back up. And it is very loud. It managed to wake my daughter at one point in the night. Other than those things, it wasn't bad. The outside definitely looks more run down than the inside. They could use some renovations. It is old, but it isn't bad. It isn't the Hilton, by any means.

The Staff and management are outstanding and very accommodating. I would stay there again just because of them. The room was nice at a glance. But as we settled in we noticed mold growing around the shower and areas of the room that just simply needed to be cleaned better. We can tell there is an effort to clean but it may not be up to par with what management is expecting. We looked in a few other rooms and it’s seems there are some upgrades happening. So maybe this room is on the list. After those upgrades from what we saw this hotel will be outstanding.

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and very kind. The room smelled clean. There appeared to be blood on the dust ruffle of one of the beds. I would stay here again because it’s cheap and close to where I need to visit a relative on a medical facility. It’s nothing special but I appreciate the staff. There was a little breakfast area in the main lobby, but I didn’t use it.

Room was pretty below average. Sleep was difficult because the guests and traffic were very noisy. Best thing I can say was the check in girl was nice and the area within walking distance had nice shops and selections for eating.

This is a nice hotel a little outdated but very clean! We were impressed with the pool area and spa being so clean! It’s located at a busy intersection but there are lots of shops and restaurants right there!

Great place to stay for an inexpensive rate. Room was clean and comfortable, but sparse. Is a little difficult to get to, but the value is great and I would certainly go back again.

Old facility. Lamp shade broken. No smoke detectors in room. Tile floors., no carpet. Bathroom door wouldn’t close without extra force.

First room smelled like the inside of an ash tray. We asked to be moved…after some resistance (saying “all rooms are non smoking”) were moved. Beds were uncomfortable and woke to loud traffic in the morning. Rough.

Within walkable distance to outdoor shopping center, dining options. Easy access to freeway. Clean room, but smelled weird inside like cheap deodorizer. Bed and pillows not comfortable.

's 43" TV with many channels, good bed, nice vanity, large room, large bathroom, good hot water, good AC, really a full breakfast with scrambled eggs, hot sausages, multiple juices, cereals, bagels, muffins, apples, oranges, and quiet location. The -'s were no table clock, no stopper in bathtub drain, and wall light had no switch

Very hard to find. Both google maps and Apple Maps take you to crazy places when you put in this address

Clean rooms, quiet area, comfortable beds, basic but filling breakfast. If you are looking for the Ritz-Carlton look somewhere else, but if you want a clean comfortable place to sleep for a GREAT price stay here. They even have laundry facilities, they are $2 for washing & $2 for drying but worth it if you are staying as part of a longer trip. I would stay here again.

The hotel had dead birds all over the parking lot and side walks. We also called before checking in to make sure the pool was opened. When we got there the pool was locked. We waiting for some one at the front desk for a while to ask why it was closed but no one ever came out. When it was time for checkout, there still wasn’t anyone at the desk just a basket to leave the room key in.

When we pulled in the parking lot to check in 6 police cars with lights and sirens surrounded the building. 8-10 officers came out of their vehicles with bullet proof vest on and ran into the hotel with others surrounding the hotel. We ended up not even checking in for our hotel stay and paying for another hotel. I lost my money on this hotel because I didn’t feel safe taking my family in here. I don’t think this was anything the hotel did wrong necessarily, but obviously not the safest environment based upon what we witnessed.
