Love this hotel. It’s becoming our go-to hotel when we want to be in mid-town. Not much of a lobby, but who cares. The staff is wonderful (Shannon at the front desk especially) valet parking is super easy (although pricey at ~$80), and we just tried their restaurant Koi for dinner and it was amazing. Their host (her name is Diamond - and she is a gem!) was wonderful and so were all of their recommendations.

Our first stay and hopefully not the last. This property caught our eye on a previous NYC trip and it did not disappoint. Great location. Check out the Treasures Exhibit at the library scores the street. Every staff member was helpful and friendly. (Extra thanks to Josephine). Expedia rewards level got us a corner room and bottle of Prosecco!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They called me in advance of my stay to see if I was coming to celebrate anything - great service! Room was clean and spacious. Loved being in Bryant Park. I will stay here for future trips.

Had an amazing stay at Bryant Park Hotel. John was excelptionally helpful and understanding, allowing us to check in early after a redeye flight. Location is perfect! Will definitely be back here 👍

Great location. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Josephine was very pleasant and helpful during check in and when we checked out. This was second time staying here in the last 2 years and won’t hesitate to book next time in NYC. A good value compared to other hotels stayed in the past.

Loved our stay, Jo at the front desk upgraded us to a great suite overlooking the Winter Garden, super clean rooms, cozy bed linens and Molton Brown products, large sinking tub with super separate shower, Valet Parking so easy (pricey but worth it).

I love this hotel. This was my 2nd stay. The staff is amazing. My only complaint is the furniture in the living room area of the Bryant Park suite is very outdated and the color scheme made no sense to the rest of the room. But that won't stop me from returning. The location is perfect as you're close enough to everything via a short walk. Will return again very soon!

This hotel is fabulous! We arrived early and were able to check in right away. A bottle of Prosecco was even sent up to our room. The room was a great size and included wonderful amenities.

The property is in a wonderful location for walking to Times Square, Central Park, Bryant Park, and several locations of Broadway plays. The staff is so kind and helpful. If you need transportation, you just go to the lobby and press a button and a taxi arrives in 5 minutes. There is fresh lemon water and muffins all day in the lobby. You have to use a room card to get to the rooms which made me feel very safe.

We loved the location of this property. Convenient to restaurants, subways, Broadway...really could not be better. The view from our suit was the best we have ever experienced and we have come to NYC for over 30 years multiple times a year. The 2 room suit was spacious with large windows, and the bathroom was large with great Molton Brown products! The only problem is the room is in serious need of redecorating. Hopefully management is planning this soon. It would be a shame to let this magnificent property run down! Front desk and housekeeping were great, and Koi restaurant was excellent.

We stayed here during a very hectic nye wkend with toddlers. The staff was so accommodating and went above and beyond always. The family suite was the most room you will ever get in an NYC hotel room. We overlooked the park which had the winter village going on and it was great!

Wonderful hotel in a perfect location. We were welcomed by a friendly lady at the front desk and the concierge was absolutely wonderful. Front desk manager liked to boss people around (bit awkward 😬) Rooms are a bit basic, but bathroom is great. Didn’t miss the breakfast option: as there are lots of little place to enjoy breakfast and complimentary coffee & muffins are available. Wonderful location.

If I can give BPH 6 stars, I would. The whole experience was amazing! They mastered it from the moment we checked in, to the moment we left the hotel. Amazing service, extremely friendly and helpful, extremely respectful in everything they do, and they do it with quality. I will certainly be back. I like the proximity of the property to events and things to see. The room was standard and met all of our basic needs. However, the bed needs a new mattress. The restaurant was really great. Trendy food and great service.

This stay was so incredible. I was in town from Chicago to surprise my boyfriend at Bryant Park across the street. The hotel did everything they could to make it special. They decorated the room for me and honestly were just such a pleasant group of employees, that I will forever make Bryant Park Hotel my go-to everytime I'm in New York.

It was awesome! We got an upgrade to a huge suite which was just incredible. We had amazing views of Bryant Park. The staff was super helpful. 10/10 would stay again.
