Breakfast was phenomenal!! I love how the TV had your name on it when you entered your room, that was cool and unique! Everything was so clean, I appreciated the hand wash and not soap bars lol, kindest staff, amazing experience!
Couch pullout bed wasn't very comfy, but it's a couch pullout bed so you can't expect too much haha. Not too bad, just a little too "springy" and not much "cushiony".

The hotel was very clean and comfortable.
We stayed there two different nights, two weeks apart. The first night we charged our car and the provider, Blink, billed us about $30. That’s a lot for slow-charging and many hotels provide it for free, but I expected it, based on reviews. The second stay, though, Blink billed us over $117 for the same amount of charging. I filed a complaint with Blink and they say they’ve been trying ever since to get a response from the hotel. Apparently Blink can’t refund my money until they get approval from Holiday Inn. This is highly unacceptable. I will never stay at that hotel again. I understand Best Western has a number of hotels that offer free charging, so I will probably switch my preference to them.
