Disappointed

The room was not clean. Stain on bed cover. Toilet was gross, the floor was sticky. Stayed only because of the lack of availability at another hotel. I would not stayat or recommend this hotel.

Would recommend to anyone. Great service and breakfast!

Hot breakfast was great, so many options to choose from. We didn’t feel rushed to getting breakfast because they gave you 3 hours. Staff kept making sure there was always food for everyone. Staff was all friendly. No smell in the hallways and room. Pool size was big, and lots of towels were available at the pool. Overall exceeded my family’s expectations. Will definitely stay at a Best Western Plus from now on.

Not worth what we paid.

The beds were comfortable and overall it was pretty quiet. It was nice having a refrigerator and coffee machine. Staff was friendly.

I booked on booking.com and when we got there at 1 am they said they didn’t have our reservation. I showed them confirmation numbers, the emails, etc and it took a while for them to figure out that somehow they had already checked us in even though we had just arrived. In the room there looked to be an old spider egg sack above my bed on the ceiling/wall. The bathroom is awful! In order to close the door, you have to walk all the way in to the side of the toilet then close the door behind you. The toilet seat was coming off. The shower curtain bar was broke and hanging the wrong way so the shower curtain all fell to the middle instead of being bowed out. The vent was disgustingly dirty. The sink had no stopper. Wallpaper is ripping off the wall. We paid $360 for two nights and this is what I would I expect from a $50 a night hotel, not a $180 a night one. Additionally parking was not great. We got in late and every spot was taken. This hotel seemingly shares a parking lot with the next door hotel which had an open spot but I was afraid of being towed because I wasn’t sure I could park there. Ended up parking in a weird sort of non spot because there was nothing else.

It’s quiet. For us, it’s a great location. Breakfast is pretty. It’s not luxurious, but clean and comfortable.

Parking isn’t adequate. We have a handicap placard, and couldn’t find any place to park. There was a truck with a large trailer taking up 8 spots. We were asked to park across the street. All large rigs that take up more than one space, should be required to park across the street..

I have stayed at this property 15 times in the last month & I always feel welcome. The rooms are always clean and the staff is very accommodating. Unfortunately, I had an extremely bad experience with one room & trying to get a response from the manager proved futile. The room I was in had only ice cold water so I was unable to take a shower in my room. One of the staff members told me I could have a free night after the fiasco, so I reserved a room . When I went back to check in, I was informed that the room would not be free, I would have to pay for it. I am very upset that I was mislead & that the manager chose to ignore my request. Not very customer friendly.

Next time I will know to ask for a different bathroom set up and verify the access to the pool.

The location and cleanliness was great

i was hoping for a discount. We stayed two nights and didn’t have water on the third morning so had to travel all day without having had a shower. Also the pool was freezing and not swimable. Although we were able to use the hot tub. The tub/shower was very dangerous as the bottom was curved and your feet kept slipping.

Worked awesome for an event at the Ford Idaho Center

Clean, remodeled rooms, mattress was very comfy, breakfast choices were plentiful and good. Staff was nice.

Looks like they are undergoing a remodel. Some furniture in the hall but was not an issue. our room was remodeled and nice. Liked knowing they are doing a full remodel. Would stay here again. Convenient location.

I could stay here for a while with out getting uncomfortable

I loved how it is close to a winco food and staff was very nice mark was very helpful.

the only thing that I didn’t really enjoy about my stay was the pool heater was broken so we took a swim in an ice pool
