the room was much more spacious than most rooms with 2 queen beds, I did not feel cramped. we were visiting family and at one point they all came back to the room and it was still comfortable. I loved the hot tub ad heated pool this was the main reason we chose this hotel. It was amazing and relaxing. and the breakfast was great too I am unfortunately Gluten fee, but they had options for me and my son who who loves all things carb.
I would have liked the hotel to have had ppol/spa hours open a longer than 10pm, When your on vacation having to put a time limit on time spend in the amenities feels confining. It's like well you drove for 12 hours to get here but times up.

The pool was great, the room was mostly clean (there was food under the couch and chair from previous guests and drips down the wallš¤¢). The staff was super friendly. The breakfast was really good, and they had options for my gluten free daughter. Location is close to lots of different food options, a grocery store, and the children's museum.
Room could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly.

The beds were comfortable and overall it was pretty quiet. It was nice having a refrigerator and coffee machine. Staff was friendly.
I booked on booking.com and when we got there at 1 am they said they didnāt have our reservation. I showed them confirmation numbers, the emails, etc and it took a while for them to figure out that somehow they had already checked us in even though we had just arrived. In the room there looked to be an old spider egg sack above my bed on the ceiling/wall. The bathroom is awful! In order to close the door, you have to walk all the way in to the side of the toilet then close the door behind you. The toilet seat was coming off. The shower curtain bar was broke and hanging the wrong way so the shower curtain all fell to the middle instead of being bowed out. The vent was disgustingly dirty. The sink had no stopper. Wallpaper is ripping off the wall. We paid $360 for two nights and this is what I would I expect from a $50 a night hotel, not a $180 a night one. Additionally parking was not great. We got in late and every spot was taken. This hotel seemingly shares a parking lot with the next door hotel which had an open spot but I was afraid of being towed because I wasnāt sure I could park there. Ended up parking in a weird sort of non spot because there was nothing else.
