Overall everything was great and will be staying here again when our travels take us to the Greater Boise area.

very clean lobby, the breakfast was great, front desk staff helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable.

When another room ran their A/C you really could it in your room.

Good enough for a basic budget stay

There was a hot tub, and breakfast was included.

The room was very small, and not a lot of space to put our stuff. It would’ve been nice if there was a cabinet or something.

Was great overall would def return

Fun atmosphere. Wasn’t expecting the fun pool table and games for the kids.

Towels for the pool weren’t getting washed and stacked up high with dirty ones and only a couple fresh

For the price I paid I expected a coffeemaker in my room! I found it very uncomfortable to have to go 3 floors down to the lobby to get coffee. My bad for not seeing this on the website. Will not stay again for that basic item left out of a room that cost me 400.00 plus for 2 nights.

amazing, comfortable and a great value

beautiful with thoughtful amenities and layout and best of all friendly and competent staff

nothing really other than a little tricky to find entrance to parking lot and navigating through other parking lots to get to hotel

good for one night near Boise

modern and easy to locate and had tea and hot tub

it was cold and when you added heat then it wear making a lot of noise. also right on curve of two busy roads so you heard cars all night

disappointing for a Hilton. Location was good.

not at all accommodating. Too "hip"

staff was unapproachable. no solutions ... everything was simply "no, we cant do that" ex. needed 1 extra towel, was told non available.... when that was the third time we basically were told "no, we cant" when staff realized when we said everything so far has been disappointing. staff gave us 4 towels!... lol really?!?!... Too Woke for Me.

location,pool and good breakfast

was there for two nights and didn’t put do not disturb on door and the room was not replenished with towels or other supplies and I got charged for that but the job wasn’t done by staff

Breakfast was good, pillows are wonderful, staff was great.

Rooms are a bit small, wish there was adult only hours for pool/jacuzzi, it gets a bit crowded too relax.

Nice enough hotel but overpriced pet fee

Person who checked us in was pleasant and helpful, but no mention of the pet fee when they took the $50 deposit. Room was surprisingly quiet considering the location beside a very busy highway.

$75 pet fee is ridiculous! If this is to cover extra cleaning, I'm not sure how you can justify it when the floors are all laminate and not carpet. Wifi worked for about 15 minutes then totally crapped out and couldn't even find the network anymore to try to login.

We had to change rooms 3 times. The room hadn't been cleaned for a long time. If we could have we would have went to another hotel

Beautiful but need new beds

Everything from the food to the room was beautiful and good quality. The lobby was inviting and lots of places to hang out.

The beds were very uncomfortable. Like hardly slept cause they were so bad.

I was aggravated with front desk manager.

Though it was great.

Young lady could not find my Hilton rewards number. She gave me a link and I showed her I was a member. She gave me a number to call. It was not busy, and she could have help me further but seemed not to care. So, I didn't credit for the stay.
