We loved the ambiance of the property. It is luxurious and aesthetically pleasing. We were treated to a delicious gourmet breakfast made by Nicholas with local food items. We look forward to our next visit to Taos and Palacio De Marquesa. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Pam is a gem…We arrived late and she welcomed us so warm. We felt at home. Our room is warm and well decorated…Definitely, this is in my bucket list for long stay next time. This place is 100. Pam is so kind. She searched for us great restaurants upon our arrival. She gave us a great choices. It’s Christmas and most places are booked or closed. Thanks to Pam we had a great dinner. This is a great place to be in Taos. Luxury boutique hotel in heart of history… We are enjoying even it’s few hrs. Our room is super warm and our bed is super comfortable…

Lovely, private, small hotel off the beaten path in Taos - a half mile walk to town. The decor and intimacy were everything a Taos getaway should be - if you like that kind of thing. Of course, the highlight was Nicolas' breakfast - custom-prepared for the few tenants in shoulder season. The green Chile omelet, the hash browns and perfectly cooked crispy bacon were only outmatched by the best bread pudding ever. His trick? Using day old croissants in a perfect meld of flavors, including chocolate - and topping with a delicious sauce. Another plus for Palacio is its sister hotel where you can use their pool and spa services. We didn't, but were glad for the option.

Staff was amazing. The grounds could use a little more work/cleanup—Overall great.

Exactly what we hoped for. Boutique property with excellent service. Special mention for Nick who went the extra mile(s) to make our stay special. His breakfasts are things of beauty.

Beautiful small 1920's hotel lovingly restored...nice but small public spaces and very hip cool rooms. Innkeepers Pam and Jim have been in the hospitality their entire careers and they were wonderful hosts. Breakfast is included and it was absolutely delicious. BEST place to stay in Taos! Luxury meets history...

It is clean an comfortable
The hosts are very enthusiastic

This is more like a B&B than a hotel. The hosts were very helpful and enjoyable to talk with. The breakfasts were absolutely INSANE-- we felt guilty about having normal human stomachs after they'd prepared so many delicious items. The room was large, echoed the region, was very quiet and comfortable. We noticed the bed was incredibly comfortable-- I was moving around a lot for medical reasons, and my wife had no idea.

The property was unique -adobe style and built in the 1920’s. The rooms are spacious, updated and clean. The hosts are attentive and helpful. The home made breakfasts are exceptional

Wow! What a great experience the folks running the hotel are so personable and make you feel at home. The rooms are spectacular and unique, my wife and I stayed in the Romantic room and it was perfect for a night getaway.
The decor and ambience is perfect! Shower is amazing and the products they provide are high quality natural products that aren’t like other hotels.
Breakfast was amazing and home made, orange juice was excellent and not the typical hotel stuff.
Communication coming out stay was excellent and texted multiple times. Thank you so much!

An absolutely wonderful stay, mainly motivated by skiing in the Taos ski valley (30 min away, easy parking). Pam and Jim are the loveliest hosts one can dream about.

My husband and I had a wonderful two-night stay, and our experience was better than we expected.
Our room was lovely: quiet, with a fireplace, beautiful furnishings, a comfortable bed, and extra high-quality toiletries.
Our hosts were very kind and made sure we had everything we needed. The morning breakfast was homemade and delicious. The inn’s location is convenient, too. I highly recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Palacio de Marquesa, an elegant hotel in a quiet Taos neighborhood. Nicholas checked us in and out, and was very welcoming and helpful with advice, both in person and via text. I believe our room was called the Icon Room; it was large and beautifully decorated with Georgia O'Keeffe artwork. The kitchen was closed, so we had a comped breakfast at their sister property, the Monte Sagrado, a much larger, equally beautiful hotel about a ten minute walk away. We highly recommend this hotel !

Wonderful property but only one staff person to help you with bags etc. he did everything. Wonderful guy but we think he could have used another person to help him.

we loved the garden seating area, the trees on the property and the surrounding area seemed to be miles away from the activity on the main drag
the bed was great, slept so well!

This is really quite an amazing and beautiful hacienda style B&B. The breakfasts each morning were absolutely spectacular. The place was clean and beautifully decorated, bedding was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended it an extra night.

Oh wow, where do I start?! First off, the parking lot was awful. I dumped my motorcycle in the parking lots, road rash all over my bike. No AC!!! We had spent hours riding in 90° weather, looking forward to a nice comfy cool room. It was 80° in the room at 8 PM.
I was sitting outside to call my family at home, got a nasty guest come out and tell me that I needed to go inside for my call. She was so rude!! It was only 930 at night. I told her I’m on the phone, and she wouldn’t let me talk to my family!
Then had breakfast which IS really amazing, but lo and behold nasty witch came walking in. Completely ruined my breakfast, it’s one large table to eat at like a bed n breakfast place. For the amount of money for one night… absolutely AWFUL. Apparently 470 a night, you still have to make sure all amenities are included. NEVER occurred to me that AC WOULD NOT be there. I talked to the manager and all he said was it’s old building and it gets cool at night, which it did but not until 4AM. Ridiculous!! No restaurants nearby either within walking distance. I would pay 100 bucks for this place. Avoid it if you don’t like snarky hippie tree huggers who love the smell of patchouli and their sweat. Yuck.

Our room, dining room and shared living areas were very nice and clean; although the shades in our room needed to be replaced. They were dirty and some damage.
The host, Jos, was not helpful in any way. He had no recommendations and was just not personable. He didn't appear to like his job.
The chef, Nick, was the star! He provided a lovely breakfast and gave us so many recommendations for things to see in the area, restaurants, etc.
The grounds are in desperate need of attention. It would have been nice to sit outside of our room and enjoy a drink and maybe some snacks, but it was nothing but weeds and dead leaves. Very disappointing for the price! It could be absolutely gorgeous.

One of the best breakfast I had during my trip in US. The chef was very creative. Two thumbs up

Our room had a "dining room" and a bathroom with two standing sinks. It was a spacious suite. It had a nice working gas fireplace. But, since it was late Winter, the landscaping was barren. Wish the landscaping would have been designed to look nice in Winter as well as in Summer.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
At breakfast, there was only one serving of scrambled eggs in the hot pot. It didn't look too appetizing and I did not try it. The fruits didn't look that fresh. I thought breakfast could have been better. I just had some dried cereal and milk. Still I'm glad the stay included breakfast and snacks during the day.

The breakfast was fantastic and the bedding/room was beautifully done. Very comfortable and quiet.
