My stay was great! Very helpful staff, very clean room, comfortable bed and lots of space. I would stay again if I have the opportunity.

Overall, it was a pleseant stay. Friendly staff, quiet and all the attractions are walking distance. Only one complain from me is they skipped housekipping two days in a row. I wish the janitors were trained better. Otherwise, I dont mind coming back to stay again.

I’d give it 5 starts but for their cleaning policy. Having to do your own dishes, or they fine you is a tad extreme. Especially when housekeeping came in, and didn’t clean anything at all during my stay. That said, the apartments are great, location is excellent t and the staff are friendly.

Great room, clean and modern, comfortable. Comfy bed, lovely updated bathroom. Kitchen was modern and well equipped. High water pressure in the kitchen for sure! Lovely place to stay, highly recommended. Good walking distance to the downtown area. Safe underground parking.

The Oswego is one of the nicest properties in Victoria. The rooms are well appointed and very clean. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Location-wise - it’s not in the heart of town but everything is a few minutes by car or a beautiful 15 minute walk. Definitely recommend.

Excellent rooms, very clean, seems like a former Condo building. Excellent parking, right downtown a short walk to nice restaurants and a stunning waterfront city, similar to a smaller Auckland New Zealand. Will stay again. Would have liked a larger restaurant and larger gym, but this is not the style of this property. If you want a very quiet, clean and home feel this is the place. Very unique and really nice. I would rate higher but my style is more of a resort feel with lots of activity.

Stayed here 10yrs ago and it was lovely. The service is still excellent but the facility is now looking worn. The carpets were quite stained and everything looked dated. Great location but not the upscale place I remember.

Excellent staff, supplied dog beds and bowls for our 2 dogs. Greeted our dogs with treats everytime we passed by the front desk. Would recommend. Room was Excellent as well.

Room #110 is located too close to the gym and the restaurant. Someone woke us up at 7 am. My guess is that they were dropping weights on the floor. Don't bother booking through Expedia, your special requests will be completely ignored. Some front desk agents need to brush up on their hospitality skills.

Nice clean hotel. Staff are friendly and location is excellent. Walkable to key tourist areas. Also, ample parking on street or you can park in the hotel's lot for free. Good value overall.

Very disappointing stay @ the Oswego ! It was our fourth stay at this hotel but the customer service is really not what you expect when you stay here. One TV wasn’t working and it was a challange getting a refund as we were 6ppl staying in a one bedroom suite. Manager from the front desk was unfriendly and not helpful at all. This might be our last stay here ! But to be fair, the night front desk agent was amazing - she was very helpful and kind. Unfortunately she was not able to help us.

Loved this place. We got the 2bdr suite. It was very clean, comfortable and the kitchen had everything that we needed. The room was very spacious. Front desk and cleaning staff are very friendly. Will definitely come back.

Great location, parking on site with EV chargers available. Nice clean and spacious suites. The complimentary coffee an baked good was a to go cup a d a piece of biscotti.We would have enjoyed to purchase a full breakfast but we were quickly dismissed when they noticed our coupon.

Every encounter we had with staff was top notch. We needed a few pages printed and it was done for us quickly and the pages delivered to our room. Room had a kitchenette with dishes and a cooktop. Would be great for a longer stay. We will stay here again for sure.

Beautiful room, exceptionally clean even all the blinds had no dust on them! Super spacious, bathroom had tons of room. Staff super friendly The only complaint would be the queen beds. My husband and I love to have a bit more room so king beds would be fabulous.

Great location but the experience is very basic. Hospitality at recent was good the they tried to charge for parking even though it was included within the room rate. Room itself is fine: spacious, ok furniture, few accessible outlets, nice sheets, uncomfortable pillows, not great towels, stained carpets along kitchenette (which was well equipped). Instead of a welcome drink, which I believe is what was promised, I received a voucher for a coffee and baked good, which redeemed was simply a drip coffee and small piece of plain biscotti. So overall it was fine.

We had a great stay - had a room with 2 suites so we could bring our 83yr young lady friend with us. Nice large condo with full kitchen. Disappointed the Restaurant was closed when we were there but there are plenty in the area.

We enjoyed this property very much-staff was attentive, and cordial; accommodations were comfortable with an outstanding view, including sunrise! My only complaint is that we never received our complimentary drinks amenity, which is disappointing as we enjoyed the lounge/dining on several occasions.

I last stayed here about 10 years s as go. Sadly in that time the property is looking tired. When we checked in there was a dirty coffee cup left in the balcony and the hand towels were either dirty or stained with make up. The gym facilities have peeling vinyl in the seats and generally need an upgrade. There were empty booze and water bottles under the bushes outside the gym in the zen garden. The kitchen had no bowls and wasn’t restocked with coffee between days we stayed. We love the location (so convenient) and the kitchen makes breakfasts so easy. Staff were friendly and helpful.
